I should have posted this first photo a couple days ago. The second was taken tonight. As I said earlier, those itty bitty buttresses were a total pain in the neck, so I was dreading going back to finishing them. Other tasks took more of a priority than they would otherwise, like mowing, weed and feed and gutter cleaning. There was a slight ladder-tipping accident that had me indisposed, too. During the Indisposition, I did think about this and decided, that those stupid weak feeble buttresses would be a heck of a lot easier to lose the tabs by gluing one side to tablet backing (same thickness) and wrapping the roof parts, front and bottom over the edges. Sometimes the best solutions are the easiest solutions So, I've got the building done, and scored the parts for the base (eight pieces), so should finish up tonight

Kathy loved the Florence Cathedral. So, I guess I'll post a couple more photos I think I mentioned that Kathy's friend Glenda is taking her granddaughter to Italy as a college graduation gift, and Kathy is tagging along. There are some fairly simple dioramas from kids magazines from ages ago. Rome, Naples, Venice, Florence, etc. I want to reduce those and make them fold-flat, so you could take a head and shoulders photo of them to put at the front edge and have a 3d diorama from each location for their trip.
