hello everyone, long time ago without posting anything... i was making many things and i forgot to share here, in one of my favourites places on internet what i am doing!! first at all, every one is ok? hope the best to every one! here i go.... i am making a tree using a plastic bag...but working like paper mache style,,,i think is a kind of mix between paper and craft scratch right? best regards, i have more info in my blog ( you can translate it to english or any language, check below, there is a widget to choose your preference!) i will try stay around more often, now i am going to check what you people were doing meanwhile i wasnt here!!! bye

Okoto-san!!! i used a tea light ( in spanish....vela electronica del todo a 100 )...it was for the contest of this month ( guild build contest...) i hope this time at least i can arrive to the final! I am continuing my projects, now i am trying to make my own mordheim so...quiet busy hehehe! hope you are ok my friend, take a lot of care!!!

To me, I always thought that 'flats' would be welcome in the gaming community for scenery. Generally, the game proceeds down a predetermined path to the objective. Why build 20 buildings to show it takes place in a town or city? Have your buildings for the scene of the game play, but flats for the background, giving the feel of the size of town. Or trees. A flat of a forest would definitely help with the feel of the setting without having to build and place 50 trees.
Model railroad folks do that all the time. I think it would be something useful for gaming.

So, movie flats sounds like a great idea. (Funnier would be to have the flats two sided with plywood and frame on the back and stenciled lettering)
