Hey factoria tabletop, have you seen what kris is doing at Crooked Staff (youtube channel)? I think you would really like each other's approach to terrain.

I noticed you glued the figures on transparent sheeting. It occurs to me that this could be taken advantage if the figure is meant to be floating or to simulate transparency in a Ghost

sometimes i glue my minis into the hot glue gun, is faster, and allows me to display the mini into the sceno with outusing a base that maybe disturb me...but, i am also make my own bases with cardboard or foam... but i like so much using hot glue gun to make it...
i learnt this thecnique here in the fórum by the way like cowboyleland said... best regards to everyone!

i was checking some pics many of you have posted in the fórum, i just love the minis i saw...all of them!!! but i realice that everyone made it on computer, is ok to me, no problem at all, just i would like to ask if there is any one who make their own minis by hand, including colouring! Also, like Vermin King let me know long time ago i was practicing a Little with the free program GIMP... not getting well with computers but maybe i can learn...some day here i am trying to give more volumen to my minis, inspired by jazzart by the way... and here trying to colouring them...first, i am colour blind, remember this LOL and second...i need more practice!

Fun work you've got going there. David Wears/Kiladecus does a lot of hand drawn mini work and often colors using pens.

So, here i am, continuing to find anstyle for my paper minis...the more i copy ( inspire... ) from other´s work the more Good looking has the miniatures...to me of course! I need to recomend this guy on YouTube... " foojer " he made amazing work to those ones we love the paper minis...check it wow! this is what i took from him and added to my own style: I made this four right now...i spent like 25 minuts ( like you can see ) but is quiet enough for me...i mean, i think i am still checking and sketching so... This one is one of my favourites---i was thinking in robocop, but with another style...maybe for futuristic wargames, maybe....
Here we have a kind of viking ( i know, they dont use horns but....come on, they look cool! ) And here i was trying to make a kind of egyptian soldier or something....100% fail...i learnt something today, to take some references before painting! Please guys tell me i didnt Paint it Green...i always have the Green color and the Brown one and my daughter tells me wich one it is but she was sleeping.... This is what i learnt from " foojer". If you pay atenttion you can observe the three human minis have the same pose...i draw at first this sketch in a " normal pose " and then, using my light table ( handmade with popsicles....long history ) i copy the line adding diferent stuff....i liked so much and i thought...WHY I DIDNT DO THIS BEFORE.... is very useful One of my houndred sketches but this one i like it a lot....is gonna be for Mordheim!!
And here....my boss and the manager of the restaurant where i work...yeeeep, i am gonna make a wargame and i gonna fight them!!!!!!! anti stress therapy gentlemen best regards!
