This site has an archive of all the releases of the Hero Quest series of games including the most complete set of scans I've seen yet for the add-on tiles and tokens (sets 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 -- scroll down for tiles). It seems to be missing the original game board. There is also a fan made content section with a papercraft minecart, a spiral staircase ( ), and furniture, along with lots of other tiles people have designed. These should all work pretty great as dungeon tiles.
Here's a thumbnail; the full version of this one is in set 6 above.

You can still find a JPG scan of the main gameboard (packaged as a zipped RAR file) on this site, if necessary. Not all the links there still work, however, nor those on its companion Advanced HeroQuest page.

I recently rediscovered my original edition HeroQuest set going through some boxes of games that had been taped shut for at least 20 years--I'd wondered for at least a decade where it had disappeared to, and was thrilled to re-find it. I've bookmarked that site, and I'm going to have to pillage it soon. Thanks, nullpointer!
