I've been toying with three ideas that I've wanted to do for a while, but not sure which one to go after.
Kathy wants me to do the Lincoln Funeral Train.
I am personally leaning towards either the Wild Wild West playset idea or George Washington welcoming Martha to the Presidential Residence in New York

I've been working on a massive tileset (100+ unique tiles). I started making it for myself and my own D&D game, but I figured it would be a good Papercuts entry.

As far as the details, I will leave that to squirmydad. In general, each year we have a contest with various categories involving figures, models, tilesets and kitbashes. I think we decided that monthly Hoard entries from last year's Papercuts to this year's will also be considered. Oh, yeah, there is also a category where you can enter photos of Paper in Action, actual gaming sessions

Papercuts is when again? I think I'll be skipping the contest this year, as I have no idea what to do, and no time to create something entirely new...

August, actually. Even scheduled it into the Hoards.
You can actually expand on things from the Hoards, too, rather than starting a new project

Papercuts is a Showcase competition, you don't have to make something new, but some people like the challenge of the time constraint. The main rules are that the entry has not been submitted to a Papercuts previously and that the entry is free to download for all eternity. Papercuts takes place in August and there are more details here; cardboard-warriors.proboards.com/thread/9082/2018-showcase-rulesThe 2019 rules will probably be the same as the 2018 rules.

Maybe, if I find the time, I could finish the transport module and the landing gear for the Modular Lunar Transport. I also thought about ways to expand the ship even more, so much larger versions could be built, too...

I have got something I was working on for several weeks in the spring but has been on hold because people have been putting me in plays. I might get back to it and get it done in August.
