Hey gang. On my midnight wanderings, I came up with a quick game and need a few playtesters to help me flesh it out. Note: This game right now is at the pre-alpha stage, so it is going to be rough. But if you are willing to give a new game a try, pm me here and I'll let you know what I need from you.
TIA

My thoughts also. Or can it be play-by-mail? No. It is a miniatures game made to use items that a person with a 3d printer will usually print out. You will need 2 players for this game. It is more on the Car Wars-esque type of game. Two vehicles try to blow each other off the board. I'm still trying to get the paper proxies working right, but it is taking a little longer than I anticipated (I hate when life and work get in the way of my gaming!!). If anyone is still interested, I'm still looking for players to try it out.

I'm also fairly anti-social so I tend to play only solo or co-op games (with myself)

Would paper cars and weapons work? I've successfully built these at half size.

I can proxy with matchbox or hot wheels PM me Okay. What this game is actually for is for folks that have a 3d printer. Many of them create items called Benchy's.
Some people print a lot of these things, so I am attempting to make a game that they can use these models to play with, instead of just have them sitting on the shelf gathering dust. The rules I have started are very rough and will probably need to be done over several times until I feel they are ready to be released. I'm working on making a piece for the game that will incorporate the things that I need to have done in the game, but since I work nights and really don't have a local gaming group anymore, I can't playtest them myself. I know how they are supposed to work, but I need to see if other folks are able to understand the rules that I have made and make suggestions as how to improve them.
Now, this is just supposed to be a "beer & pretzels" game. Nothing to take too seriously and just basically something to kill time and the other player. Proxies would be simple. A 50mm circle with a boat shape on them and lines dividing the circle into 8 sections (I still have trouble getting a simple circle made in GIMP for some reason. Bow at the front. Aft at the rear. Prt on the left, and Stbd on the right (or a simple B,A,P,S respectively would work). Also needed would be a measuring tool and a movement tool. Those I can make as they are simple square shapes (and have already done so). I also have made the record sheets for the game.
So, if I haven't offended the entire board about it being non-papercraft (and I apologize if I have) and you are still willing to give it a shot, I'll send you the rules and other files needed to play. It comes to about 8 pages which can just be standard printer paper and such. I really don't want to put to much effort into this as it is just supposed to be a fun, knock-off game in between rounds at your local gamecon.
Thanks for being understanding
