It Begins! The annual treasure hunt for freebies is underway across the OBS websites to celebrate the Halloween period, along with the big Halloween Sale there. I've only checked DriveThru RPG so far for the freebies - you're looking for ghosts, pumpkin heads, witches hats, etc., anything that looks out of place if you haven't done this before. I've come up with nine items there so far, details as follows: 1) Homepage, below the "Free Stuff" link => Castles & Crusades' Night of the Spirits, full price $9.99, currently reduced to $7. You will need the Castles & Crusades or a similar OSR set to run this. 2) The "My Library" page, lowest right => Seers & Roebuck: Dust Buster of Holding, priced at $1.49. A one-page item description for Dungeon World/D&D RPGs. I think - the page description is - vague... 3) The Hallowe'en Sale homepage, right-hand side, above the "Sort by" option label => 5E Halloween Mini-Dungeon: The Horror of Ochre Grove, pretty much what it says on the tin, a 5e D&D mini dungeon, which is $1.99 otherwise. 4) The Newsletters and Follow Your Favorites page under the "My Account" area, right-hand side, just above the "Follow Your Favorites" section => Deep Magic: Chaos Magic for 5th Edition, worth $3.99. 5) The "About Us" page, towards the lower left => Doomtown Reloaded: Print & Play Demo, already a freebie, though I guess we can ignore the exhortation now to join their KickStarter that ended on Sep 25, 2017! 6) The Genre - Horror menu option, top right of that page => The Measure of a Man (Master) for the Shadow of the Demon Lord RPG - currently $1.27 in the OBS Hallowe'en Sale. 7) Top right of the "Change my addresses" page => (5E) BASIC02: A Frightful Time, a low-level 5e D&D scenario for new players, albeit a sequel to an earlier product on OBS. The PDF is currently $5.24 in the Halloween Sale otherwise. 8) Contact Options page ("Select how I wish to be contacted by publishers" account page link), right side above the list of publishers => ETU: Brewhaha, a One Sheet Adventure for the Savage Worlds RPG for East Texas University, a freebie anyway. 9) Product Reviews aka "Read What Others Are Saying" page, top right => Mothership:Player's Survival Guide, a PWYW (suggested price of $7) science-fiction horror RPG, noted as a beta release on its product page. There may be more, though I think our combined efforts came up with just nine items per website at most last year, and not as many as that on some. Time to start checking the other sites - and please feel free to join in. Don't want to think you're relying on just me to do this

DM's Guild: 1) Halloween Sale page, right side, above the products listing => Songs of Aedragard, priced at $7.95, a low-level horror-themed 5e product. 2) Top right of the Theme - Horror page => The Little Astralnaut, a short children's D&D adventure, worth $1.95. 3) Lowest right of the "My Library" page => Curse of the Gumdrop Ooze - Revised & Expanded, again priced at $1.95, but this time a candy-themed D&D area adventure. 4) Lower right of the "My Wishlist" page => The Awakened One: An Otherworldly Patron for D&D 5th Edition, a one-dollar Construct creature, currently reduced to 75 cents in the Halloween Sale. 5) Contact Options page above the Publisher Contact Options list (via the "Select how I wish to be contacted by publishers" link) => Nightfall, a graveyard-set adventure for levels 8-10 characters, priced at $1.95 ordinarily. 6) Top right of the "Product Reviews" page => Secrets of the Blind Palace, currently reduced to $2.24 from its $2.99 list price in the Halloween Sale, an adventure for characters of levels 1-4, derived from ideas in several literary sources. 7) Library Client and App Information page (from the My Account link), in the "We'd Love Your Feedback" section almost at the foot of the page => Headless In Hanneford, weirdly a product without a page on DM's Guild, so I can say nothing more about it! 8) Top right of the My Addresses page => Spooky, Scary Skeletons, a $1.99, character levels 5-7 adventure, spending a night in an old shack to join the hottest guild in town. What possibly could go wrong? 9) Newsletters and Follow Your Favorites page, right side, above the Follow Your Favorites list => College of Silence, worth $1.99, the Bard College of this name - Gentlemen, anyone? (Buffy TV series comment). 10) End of lower left sidebar column on the "Our Latest Newsletter" page => Dread Domain: A Cleric Archetype priced at $1.99. 11) Bottom left of the About Us page => Circle of the Feydark 5e, a new Druid Circle, priced at $0.95 normally. 12) Top right of the "Products Awaiting Review" page => The Tuskcracker Threat: An Orc Wereboar Cult. This is another weird one, as it too doesn't have a product page on the OBS sites currently. [With thanks to aleks for spotting this one!] So not nine items here then. Keep looking folks, there could be more anywhere! [EDIT: Item 12 added thanks to eagle-eyed aleks. I had found this too it turns out (I had the file already downloaded), but for some reason had failed to record it here.]

Drawn a blank on DriveThru Cards so far, and have run out of time now to check DT Comics or DT Fiction. Good luck if you'll be checking those, or hunting for any I've missed on the three sites above.

On dtrpg, I went to a number of pages that I thought OBS would want to drive traffic to and still did not find anything else
Nothing on Wargame Vault?

DT Comics1) Homepage, end of the icons on the left-hand sidebar, below the "Wargame Vault" link => Kids on Bikes - House on Poplar Court, the 2019 Free RPG Day offering from Hunters Entertainment, already available free. 2) Halloween Sale page, right side, above the products listing => Unstoppable Origins #1, worth $3.99. 3) Top right of the Genre - Horror page => Charismagic: The Death Princess Volume 1 (Collected Edition), already available free via the Storyteller's Vault Treasure Hunt link, but priced at $4.99 otherwise. 4) Lowest right of the "My Library" page => God the Dyslexic Dog Volume 1, another $4.99 freebie repeat from ST Vault. 5) Top right of the "My Addresses" page => Tales from the Evil Inc Archive: Halloween (Oct. 2013), priced at $1.99, though it was in fact one of last year's freebies. 6) Newsletters and Follow Your Favorites page, above the "Follow Your Favorites" section => Cradlegrave, worth $8.99 in the Halloween Sale, reduced from $11.99. 7) Lower left of the About Us page => Death Vigil #1, another ST Vault freebie duplicate, worth $1.49 in the Halloween Sale. 8) Upper right of the "Contact Options" page (from the "Select how I wish to be contacted by publishers" link under My Account) => Punk Mambo #1, priced at $2.99. 9) End of the icon links list, below that for Wargame Vault, in the left-hand column of the Current Newsletter page => vs. Stranger Stuff: Send in the Clowns Special Edition, whose PDF retails for $4.46 via the Halloween Sale, ordinarily $5.95. DT Cards indeed appears to have nothing so far after a more thorough search today, while I don't think Wargame Vault ever participates in the Hallowe'en promotions. Thanks for the list Vermin King , though I actually came up with nine items on DT Fiction, as follows. DT Fiction1) Homepage, below the "Free Stuff" icon link => The Weird Fiction Megapack: 25 Stories from Weird Tales, worth $0.74 in the Halloween Sale. 2) Halloween Sale page, right side, above the products listing => Outbreak: Undead 2nd Ed - Intro Manual, already a freebie. 3) Top right the the Genre - Horror page => Royden Poole's Field Guide to the 25th Hour, priced at $2.99 ordinarily. 4) Lowest right of the "My Library" page => Cabaret of the Grotesque, a Shadow of the Demon Lord RPG adventure, $2.24 in the Hallowe'en Sale, down from the full list price of $2.99. 5) Top right of the "Change my address" page => one for shep , Star Trek Adventures: Remnants, priced at $4.99. 6) Upper right of the Contact Options page => Pax Britannia: Anno Frankenstein again a duplicate from ST Vault's freebies this year, $5.99 otherwise in the Sale. 7) Newsletters and Follow Your Favorites page, above the "Follow Your Favorites" section => Monster Academy: I Will Not Eat People, worth $3.74 in the Halloween Sale promotion, though yet another ST Vault duplicate. 8) Lower left of the About Us page => The Book of Apex: Volume 1 of Apex Magazine, reduced to $2.58 from $3.44 via the Halloween Sale. 9) End of the left-column icon links, below that for Wargame Vault, on the Current Newsletter page => Achtung! Cthulhu - Fiction - The Trellborg Monstrosities, $2.99 in the Sale. So an interesting year, with a disappointing absence of ANY papercraft items this time, and a surprising number of duplicates, but quite a range in what there is. And nope, didn't spot anything among the Treasure Hunt items from PERMES, which is what this topic's about after all

The Tuskcracker Threat was added to DM's Guild yesterday, I spotted. Too late to help identify freebies of potential interest this year now of course, and odd it was added only after the Hallowe'en promotion period on OBS had ended. Still no sign of Headless in Hanneford on the site, however.
