You've been busy, sir! I would prefer a cleaned up version of this photo for the Coaching Inn I should be able to have the background edited out tonight. As far as Wasteland Motors is concerned, I should create a post of finished models. My early Garrick Inn and Harvard House need to be in there somewhere as do the Tudor coaches. You surely don't want to do the models that are simply repaints, but the modified Jags, Bugatti probably ought to be in there. And even though few have built it, I think the Kurogane should be included, after all, it is the ONLY model of the world's first 4X4. The Industrial Park Container Office was disappointing, but the Container Townhouse probably deserves a slot. I do believe I need to do some organizing Thanks, squirmydadEDIT -- I am guessing that this would be easier if my projects weren't scattered throughout all the threads... EDIT #2 -- An appropriate title would be 'The Guild Hall and the White Hart Inn' BTW, it's a good thing I started editing my posts years ago instead of starting new posts each time. When I click on my name, Recent Posts still only goes back to February, 2019. Oops

EDIT -- I am guessing that this would be easier if my projects weren't scattered throughout all the threads... That would certainly help. However, I'm happy to do this, and repaints and mods are all welcome as long as they are appropriately attributed.

Thank you. To clarify; Garrick Inn and Harvard House are all together? Also; "Allers Familie-Journal v 44 no 4 19200122 en Villa" - was that just your build record or did you modify/clean up the old model? Also also; "Small Jettied Building" - is that included in the GIHH set? Thanks.

I don't have the other building any more. It didn't come out as well as the others.
Not bad, but not as good.
Harvard House and Garrick Inn abut in real life, so I think of them as a set.

I pulled the "Small Jettied Building" png's from the forum, there is also a finished pic so I do have a packet that I can upload. Makes for a good Medieval street. Six more packets uploaded today, the Guild Hall and White Hart Inn were already there in the form of Forum Horde #146 "Medieval Mayhem", a better picture is now in use for the preview. Enjoy! www.onemonk.com/verminkinglabs.html

Wow! You evidently did the test build on the Industrial Park Office, huh? I don't remember going back and building it. Did you find any issues? Your photo looks really good. Almost like a real office that was modeled, rather than something cobbled together just to say 'Looks more like an industrial park office than a residence'. I still intend to do a container fort for the wasteland. If what I see in my head is half as good on paper, I think it will be rather impressive. But forts are big, so I really have to attempt a set of fold-flat modules.
You didn't throw the Bugatti in on the En Villa files, did you?

The Bugatti was not in the en Villa files so no it's not up yet. The IPO went together nice and clean, so no problems.

Sorry about not responding. Had a very hectic thanksgiving in which I tried the buggies with little ones, especially my two-year-old grandson. Only after I helped him eat, when he slowed down on his own, I grabbed a plate and nothing tasted good. Within the next five hours the sluices were open at both ends and even this morning I feel like I was hit by a truck

Those cute little buggers bring bugs of their own when they come to play with the buggies.

I had a great time, too, until I didn't. I probably shouldn't have used the community Thanksgiving as a test, but it proved interesting. The one girl really was taken with the Pintos. The one boy who knocked the tire off the swamp buggy, broke the hood free on the repaint and made me retire the Toyota was definitely attracted to the bolder colors. Adults walking by invariably first noticed the Chevys. All the kids would organize the cars they played with in lines, either bumper-to-bumper or side-to-side, before driving one or two out of the line to play with. My uncle worked at WK Chevrolet for three years in high school. Part of his duties was to wash Mrs. Weimuth's green Nomad. He came by several times and picked it up and told that story to whoever would listen. He did notice the other cars because everyone heads to my folks for potato soup and chili T-Day night and play cards and watch reruns until dinner. Charlies Angels came on and he said I ought to do Kate Jackson's character's Pinto (white over orange). Didn't even mention the other two's Mustangs

Well, the Royal Mail Coach should take little effort, and the mansion that I turned into the Haunted House should be ready. I never built the Pike Funeral Home, but since both the mansion and Haunted House were mods of it, the geometry should be good. I do plan on finishing the Bank this month. Why don't we take a breather until after the new year?
After all, I still have some House of Hopkins items to collate (that's an understatement)
BTW, which Herbie do you want me to polish up?
