HI folks. I've printed out the three pages of the model and there are some parts of unknow use. Maybe a border/frame fro the container is missing. I'll start with the "unclear" parts, probably for the support frame, and keep the simpler parts for later. I writed some notes on the pages, if anyone have better guess, please let me know.

We haven't been able to decipher all of it, yet. Usually Volker pokes his head in and answers questions, but not yet this year. The part with the four rectangles should be accordian folded and glued. These are the four vertical supports. On the upper left is the top of the container rack. The three red lines indicates it is to be laminated to other cardstock to be three layers thick. The part on the upper right gets glued underneath, giving the edges texture. Two rectangular tubes in the second photo that you have labeled 'support structures' are the rectangular tubes along the ends of the racks Over at PM.com, Don is doing this, and I tried with their advanced search to pull up Don's build posts, but the only way I could get them was by date, and he posted in other threads www.papermodelers.com/forum/search.php?searchid=4144017I don't know if that will actually work until I try it from here, but the ones under Volker Advent should help you out. And it seems to work. Photos don't show in search, but when you click on the post, it will take you to where you can see his photos The build starts here, www.papermodelers.com/forum/civilian-wheels/36897-volkers-advent-calendar-61.html#post691120

The more I look at that, the more I want to do a simple version of the semi itself, without the rack. Those wheels look like a nightmare.
