That was a good read coyotepunc. I was about to ask about the walls. I was too late to the party to own any Worldworks stuff but those illustrated walls look great. You've really done a good job on them.
Are the Generic Medieval gang growing on you or do you still prefer your Gloranthan band?

Are the Generic Medieval gang growing on you or do you still prefer your Gloranthan band? GR Thank you! I think my ducks will always be my first love. But the Generic Medieval Fantasy allows me to play outside the Glorantha box and pursue modelling projects or scenarios that don't fit inside that box. Both "Dark Woods Of Winter" and "The Goblin Hills" are wonderful supplements (even more so since I revised them for 2nd edition!) but they are completely different from what you would find my ducks fighting against.

Cool, I haven't played or run Runequest for a million years. I had the Games Workshop(?) version of the second edition plus some paper stuff that came out of an american box set I think. No-one wanted to play Ducks back then though, we were all "too cool for school" and couldn't be seen to do anything silly! <g> It's a pity because I think I had the Duck Tower adventure which is supposed to be a classic. A long time ago now!
I'll look forward to reading more adventures of either party.

Great battle report (as always ) ... I was about to ask about the walls. I was too late to the party to own any Worldworks stuff but those illustrated walls look great... You can still buy most of the Worldworks sets over at Paizo: Worldworks Games at PaizoGreetings, Zephalo

I still wish the Worldworks folks would just run their business through OBS, or sell to someone who would move things forward...

I was going to include a link to WWG in the blog entry, but their site was down that day so I didn't bother...
