I've built the Gate house, Piety Tower, Clock Tower, Scrivers Shop, Townhouse and Butchers shop.
~ With the Piety and Clock Tower I added internal support structures about midway up to help prevent cardstock warping (over time).
~ With the Scriveners Shop I added a triangular roof tab for the roof to sit on where it mounts against the house wall.
~ With all the models so far I've added Base tabs on all walls for them to mount sturdily to the base tiles(I am using matte board for mounting).
These are all really well done structures. Lots of details and oddments... And I am hoping to play some Song of Blades and Mordheim with them (after I've built all 30+ structures). I've added WWG Hinterlands ground, road and river tiles & some trees. (Although I like the look of Dragonshires cobblestone streets and may purchase that and try those). From WWGVillage works I've got The well, stone bridge & Dungeon Crypt entrance. From WWG various sets I've got props such as Barrels, Gallows and Crates.
I think a few burnt out structures would also be fitting. I've just got to decide which ones to base them from.
BTW the only really obvious missing structure would be a church. Every medieval city was built around a church wasn't it?

I recently ( 3 years ago) switched to Hexagon basing. The main reason is that it eliminated all the "facing" questions that may come up for a given rule set. And I generally like the look. It is as appealing as the circle(IMO). I imagine the octagon would be more of the same.
MY GW habits still creep in as well. And I still base my Fantasy Mini's on Square bases. This is mainly out of the need for conformity...And I don't really feel like rebasing my entire Warhammer Quest model collection.

Marines, Rogue (Sentient)AI and native fauna getting aqainted with one another. Sorry for the poor quality. I'll be taking more shots as I progress with the builds. WWG Terrain + OneMonk figures = a GREAT combination! (Yes, I'm taking a page out of Lord Ab's book). ~Floyd

Very nice Mr. Wormwood. Those figures look really good on that Cathedrea Noctis build. I'm going to have to post some of the images I took of the SciFi figures from OneMonks sets on Mel's Gun Crawl terrain.
