Good day folks, we just released some new Deep Gnome minis on TTRPG Studio.
Anyone can use the Front art of the minis in the tool for FREE. You can access the back art in the tool by supporting us on Patreon.
These guys were made using modular design by Pontus Unger and a PhotoShop Script written by Ryan.
Please let us know what you think of these guys as we are trying to improve our modular design techniques.

Oh man, wish I would have had these back when I was running my party through D1-2 'Descent into the depths of the Earth'. Looks great! You wouldn't happen to be considering surface gnomes would you? Preferably without the dorky 'garden gnome' red hat that the few I have found are wearing.

Thanks for the feedback all! We're glad they got a good reception ^^ Oh man, wish I would have had these back when I was running my party through D1-2 'Descent into the depths of the Earth'. Looks great! You wouldn't happen to be considering surface gnomes would you? Preferably without the dorky 'garden gnome' red hat that the few I have found are wearing. Haha, I think we'll probably try some non-gnome minis next, but maybe I can add surface dweller skin-tone variations at some point.

I can't wait to get back to work and restart all my patreons. This sitting around waiting for doctor appointments, filling out paperwork, etc. really really blows. I want to be building new things and make new figures! Ever consider doing some of the old-school monsters? Dog-like Kobolds, pig-faced orcs... The originals rather than the 'we need more dragons' kobolds and the 'pandering to world of warcraft players with green gorilla' orcs?

We haven’t talked about doing old-school stuff like that before, but Pontus might be interested. I (Ryan), personally grew up with green-skinned Warhammer/WarCraft 2 orks, and my first encounters with Kobolds was Baldur’s Gate and D&D 3.5. So, that stuff has definitely coloured what I think of when I hear orcs and kobolds. I know David Okum has some great old school orcs though.

Some days I feel perfect, others...struggle to do anything but sit and not fall asleep. Depends on how far out of rhythm it goes and how high my pulse gets. I grew up in the era of the original brown box, basic set, BECMI sets (basic, expert, companion, masters and immortals) and finally AD&D. So for me, the newer versions (3+) of some monsters just SCREAM Warcraft escapees. But then again, anything after 2e is D&D in name only to me...same name, similar terminology, near zero in common with the predecessor editions. Wish post-Gygax TSR/WOTC/Hasbro had changed the name at that point, but oh well. And yes, I have the David Okum orcs and his kobolds, about 30 of each printed so far, for use in low level games.

I hope you get well soon Forest! I ought to try 2nd edition D&D sometime just to understand the evolution of the game more clearly. I think I found an old boxed set at a shop here in Japan, but it was over $100. I like the variations. Nicely done! Thank you! ^^
