This is "The Final Encyclopedia" space station mini-model; I have this model done, started it years ago so it definitely fits this Hoard, but I'm not sure how it stands up. I didn't consider that part of the design process when I started this piece.

This project I actually worked on 7 years ago, and kept making amateur scaling issues. To finish I had to start over on the pyramid construction, but I was able to reuse the texture process that I had originally developed. My son moved out and recommended that I use his old room as a model and miniature craft space so I finally have a place to work on projects again. I need to install better lighting though.

I am also looking at the option of a new work space now that my second son has moved out. I am hearing good things about photography LED lights. Apparently they are reasonably priced and brightness and colour can be adjusted. Local research will reveal if "they" are using your definition of "reasonable." I have not gotten that far with it myself.

Seems to be a theme here! When our second youngest moved out, his old room became the Man-Cave! Not very big, well, pretty small infact, but at least if I am mid-something-or-other, I don't have to put everything away and get it out again each time. I can spurge.
