The theme for this month's HOARD is
Jungle Adventures
This can be any sort of miniature figure or model on the above theme or feel free to submit miniatures off theme.
If you submit a figure, they must include both front and rear art, have a proper trimming outline, and include instructions for multi-part models. Recolors and figure mods are encouraged, and even uncolored designs are welcome.
No nudity or sexuality, but bloody gory and horrifying is encouraged.
If you have questions about how to design your entries, like formats, resolution, and stuff like that, see the HOARD GUIDELINES in this forum category.
Entries for the Hoard will be accepted until the last day of April, 2022.
Vermin King that is interesting boss!!!! My suggestion for an hoard.. African/jungle adventures something like a pulp series with characters and monsters for adventures, maybe we can make some maps, too in this hoard
Jungle Adventures, yes! Lost civilizations! Snakes and snakemen, reptiles and reptile men, riverboats, hunters, killer hippos, tribe of the cheetah people, big trees, swamps, way too many vines and hidden Nazi bunkers.

Hi! I'm Harry, formerly "Coyotepunc" here on the forum. I am a hobby addict; I prefer papercraft scenery to use alongside my 28mm metal and plastic miniatures, and am not afraid to mix and match my hobby media. I game sci-fi, fantasy, and historical (including Ancients, Dark Ages, Renaissance, and World War II Italy & Sahara.)
Here is my first entry for this month i hope to make at least 2-3 snakemen dressed like mayan/aztecan before the month end but lately i m having a lot of stuff in real life that are dragging me away from my pencil!!!! i hope you like it guys
My body is not a temple. It is a Federation starship: An obsolete class, phaser banks gone, no torpedoes, multiple hull breaches and shields down to seven percent. "Helm! RAMMING SPEED!"

So awesome! Antohammer, leave some ideas for other people! Kidding! others can of course do their own take on these, but I am very impressed by this set already. I am likely going to be to busy this month to add anything. Again, these look great!
Edit: No time unless I do it RIGHT NOW! Did someone say "whip?" I hope it is not too early for a "cover version" Antohammer!

Magnificent work as always, Antonio. "Tuo zio va a lavorare su un asteroide", as I always say.
Now, if somebody could do a handful of African villagers, maybe five or so, that would be great! I have plenty of warriors and witchdoctors, as well as Arab villagers, but this would really round things out!

Included among which are quite a few of Antonio's African warriors. La flatulenza di una dozzina di rinoceronti non è da poco!
Time to get lost with this jungle terrain, adventurers, and adversaries from Antohammer, Cowboyleland, Yifferman, Ernesto Tramontana & Squirmydad! www.onemonk.com/fh-2022.html

Thank you

wyvern: As for Proboards running slowly yesterday, it wouldn't even open individual topics for me, just the usual homepage here. Seems fine today though.

okumarts: Hello! It was a busy weekend so I wasn't able to get online as much as I like. I find this site relaxing.

wyvern: cowboycentaur: The Fat Dragon Volcano set was a stretch goal from the Wilderness Adventures KS back in 2015, so that should still be available in your DriveThru RPG Library. You should be able to find it there under "Fat Dragon Games".

Vermin King: Before my time

cowboycentaur: Anyone recall a Fat Dragon Volcano set? I have one that seems to have lost a bunch of files in the last decade or so, and moves across several computers. Now i can't find the set anywhere online.

alloydog: You can copy/paste the images into the forum and this shout box - 😁 but there isn't the Thumb Up... 🤔
Mar 8, 2024 23:39:35 GMT -9
alloydog: OK, update! Goto the Wikipedia page for the List of emoticons link:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_emoticons
Mar 8, 2024 23:36:50 GMT -9
alloydog: You can even copy/paste it to Notepad (or any other text editor, I guess - I use Gedit)
Mar 8, 2024 21:47:44 GMT -9
alloydog: From the post I linked to below, if you select it, then right-click on it, you will even get an option to search for the Thumb Up character, so I think it is part of the standard ASCII character set: https://i.p
