Do Armor Grid Vehicles scale up well? Or do they get fuzzy/distorted if I tried to scale them to 28mm?
Thank you for any help.

My only experience is with the mechs and figures, not the vehicles, but the ones I did scaled fine.
I assume you are going to use an image-management program.
Scaling within your printer settings may be fuzzier.
I would use Gimp, Photoshop, or your preferred app

I have GIMP(I'm less knowledgeable with) and Affinity Designer 2 (which I'm a little more comfortable.) Thank you for your input.
So you were able to get the mechs up to a pretty large size? That's great if so. Cause for now I'm looking for vehicles but I'm also a mecha fan and could easily find a use for them.

I just posted about my current interest in floater vehicles. If you know of any that could be converted into an Emergency Response Vehicle, please let me know. I got on this kick after watching one of the Bladerunner versions and Fifth Element on the same night. But prior to that I was looking for mechs that aren't a complete bear to build. I'm looking more for quick-to-the-table, not best-in-show. Finger and Toe S Cubes, MomirFarooq Robotechs and the Genet Mechs are fine for me, though I am always looking for others.
Let me know how it goes on the enlarging (and printing).
Very nice avatar BTW
