As many of you have no doubt realized, I try to remember where I have seen models and how I got there. Many times I don't have to download everything I think may eventually be useful, because the old links can often be accessed through the Wayback Machine. In this case, somehow the subject of those old, old, old bobblehead animals that used to sit on the shelf under the rear windows of cars came up. My grandson was riding with his Mom towards a Septemberfest celebration that had an antique car show. Warren saw one of those and was fascinated. His mom wanted to know if I had seen any paper versions. I told her about some of the Japanese Folk Art versions I had seen, which led to Pinoart. On his pages, I started seeing many projects from Canon, like the dragons and other mythical beasts, so I thought he deserves a little mention. If you have built many Canon models, you may see something by him that you may have built or is on your to-do list. pinoart.jp/creativepark.canon/en/search/index.html?q=Katsuyuki%20Shiga%20(Pinoart)

I may have to try something. Uplift hired Pinoart to do many Canon models, but not all of them are on the Canon site. There is a baby elephant and baby giraffe, for instance. On the models done for Canon that aren't on the Canon site, he shows the jpg's of each page, including instructions. I think I would like to see how they enlarge. If they enlarge well, they might come in handy.
