I'll be traveling a bit, and wanted to bring along some of my paper mini collection.
I'm currently using binders with baseball card page protectors to store them at home. It works, but they would spill minis everywhere if I threw them in a suitcase.
I was wondering if anyone had a simple (preferably cheap) way to carry paper minis around, while keeping them organized.

If you hunt around on the Forum, there are various flat-storage solutions (assuming you want the minis stored flat, of course!) for minis, but they're not always obvious to find, unfortunately.
I recall things such as plastic boxes of various kinds and loose-leaf stamp album pages (which have a top cover for each row of stamps/minis), although possibly the simplest and relatively cheapest might be ziplock plastic bags. I use those, and plastic boxes, and depending on the minis and bag sizes, ziplock bags will also take based and A-frame standee minis.

I have various small boxes based on genre, and I picked up a bunch of small zip-lock bags at hobby lobby that I put the minis in

Thanks everyone for your suggestion. Here's what I ended up doing. I left the minis in their plastic card sheets, but I put the sheets in one of those vacuum storage bags used to pack clothing tightly. Once the air is out, it keeps all of the minis in place. Worked like a charm, and all the minis are still organized.

also, I've found that clear coin storage pages work really good too, and tend to make minis easier to find with more minis visible poer page. ones for photos work good for big minis too.

If you use these type of coin pages, the flap helps to keep them in place: Amazon linkI have been using similar pages without the flaps:

Have you ever considered ziplock bags? I use them to store the minis in sets (by example, Okumart sets) CD sleeves with flaps will also works fine.
