Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on. All my on-site attachments seem to be broken. You can download the PDFs in the first post though, yes?

I've linked directly to my website for now.
If the attachments start working, I'll remove them.

For the larger images, you might just want to go with a URL link rather than the IMG link. JIM

Yea I know, I think the implementation of the attachments wasn't done very well. But it is a free forum, so I'm not complaining.
This is why I encourage everyone to find your own off site storage for your files. This way you have complete control, and easily replace or correct them. JIM

Do you happen to have the battledroids in 30mm scale as well? It would be cool to have some opposition for the clone troopers.

Jedi Interceptor Paper miniatures for gaming. I was fascinated by the excellent Star Wars paper vehicle miniatures of Momir Farooq, which can be seen here: momirfarooq.webng.com/swstarfighter/ssb.htmI was disappointed to see that he had not yet done the Jedi Interceptor from Episode III - one of my favourite fighter designs from the Star Wars setting (and one of the few things I liked about the movie). So I decided I'd have a go myself. This is a PDF file that contains a page of interceptors in various paint schemes taken from the movies and toys. There is also a page of blanks for you to colour yourself. I'd suggest colour pencils applied lightly. There is also a page of stands. I recommend bending the bottoms of the stands out instead of folding them as it strengthens them and stops them from lolling to one side or the other. Finally, the front page has the construction instructions. Enjoy, Crow

Excellent! But where might we find these little gems? The link is sneakily hidden in the picture. Click the image and it'll load the PDF.

I was thinking I ought to fix those.
Give me a day or so and I'll dig them out and re-post them and fix the links.

I thought you all might like to see this. It's a Republic ATTE based on the version used in the animated Clone Wars show. It's still WIP at the moment but it's nearly ready for unfolding. It's intended to be 1:50 scale so should work, more or less with 28mm figures. The intention is to release the PDO with several alternate textures, the standard red, Mace Windu's green versions from Ryloth, an unmarked version so you can photoshop your own markings and a completely blank version so that you can texture it from scratch. Hopefully it'll be released in the next few weeks. Watch this space. Crow

Could you do the PDF as well as the PDO? Linux users can't use pepakura software, not even with the WINE windows libraries for linux.

Aye, I'll probably do the basic red version as a PDF. I know many folks wouldn't be comfortable using the Pepakura viewer even if they do have a platform that supports it.

Blast. It looks like this project has hit a brick wall again. I need the high res version of Pepakura and I really can't afford it at the moment and my existing copy of Pepakura 3 obviously downsizes the texture to 1024 which is way too low res.
I could chop it up and use multiple 1024 textures, but it'll mean remapping and retexturing from scratch.
I'll brood upon it for a little while.

My tip is to let pepakura do the unfolding, export as vector drawing, and then use some program to change the "fills" of the shapes with the right, hi-res texture. It could need a lot of manual alignement / adjusting but i know it will work..... at least this is what i've done once with CorelDraw.
