Greetings to all! I'm beginning in this hobby, since I moved I didn't find a new roleplaying group. So I decided to prepare some new roleplaying material as my hobby until I got a new group. And since I found the material fron Gwindel, MMiP showcase, shadowwolf, Oversoul games, the Paper_Figures group and One-monk, I coudn't stop. Some things that I wanted I couldn't find, and being an Open source programmer, for me the answer is "Do it yourself and give back". So I'm making this: WIP: thackbarth.googlepages.com/trex.svgIt's vetorial, but firefox opens SVG files without a problem. If there's a problem I can post a PDF.

Since that link will be updated until it's finished, I will give an ideia of the progress of the figure:

A reanimated, fossilized T-Rex skeleton... Very cool. I like it too. You like Harry Dresden, the wizard, huh? That is one hell of a cool series of books. Author Jim Butcher. Anyone not familiar with the books, read them. Magic, vampires, zombies and whatever in contemporary Chicago. /B

Harry Dresden? I don't know of it. I'm making this to play the adventures that came in the Dungeoneer: Advanced Fighting Fantasy book. Here in Brazil the solo adventure books where a craze, and the system is well know. But if you think of it, using a tyrannosaurus skeleton is just too cool to any mad wizard bent on conquering the world with an undead army to let pass. Anyway, the design is ready, all that is needed now is to color it, something that I don't trust myself doing, and arranging it to be printed (mirroring, arranging and putting a base on it.). This I think I'll still do, but don't know if are required to put the work in the hoard. The SVG file is the same as in my initial post, it now looks like this: Edit: I finished the mirroring and arranging, but my inkscape wouldn't export the final work to PDF. The SVG is here: thackbarth.googlepages.com/trextabbed.svg

All I need for the HAORD, is the figure, both sides in highres, 300dpi - jpeg, gif, tiff, whatever, or at least LARGE, so I can scale and optimize the resolution.
You don't need to color it if you don't want to, black and white is fine. As a matter of fact if you submit it as is, I'll color it, it would be super easy and fast for me to do it.
Also remember to add you name to the design so I can add it to the final art. JIM
edit: Never mind, what you have is fine, I should have just checked it first... DOH!

Of course, the copyright! The license is this: This work by Tiago Hackbarth is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.5 Brazil License. I think that is entirely agreeable with the HOARD terms. If you ask for a more permissive license I can make it so. The only thing that I wanted to do and is missing is a thicker outline to facilitate cutting the figure. But I couldn't fathom how to do that under Inkscape.

I finished the design, and made it look like a raised skeleton covered in moss and kind of grungy. I scaled it to fit the 7x10 inch universal size sheet.
I'll get your name added to it before posting. JIM

I found some stats in a random DnD book for a T Rex skeleton that are just the right level for the DnD game I'm currently running, so I took it as a sign to finally assemble this mini. It looks gret! I've got it flat based somehowon a 75mm base. The feet are tini but the tacky glue holds strong. I'll take a pic later on if I can.
