NOW HERE... IMPERFECT ABOMINATIONS
Grand Inquisitor Vincenzo de Lorenzi completed the chant from the ancient tome of Infernal Knowledge and took a step back from the summoning circle. He gave a broad smile of satisfaction as the chalk lines on the floor began to glow an unholy red. It seemed the ritual worked and soon he would have an army of Demons at his command, and with such an army the Grand Inquisitor could overthrow the half-Demon Prince who had taken control of the neighboring Kingdom.
Suddenly there was a bright flare of fiery light and a wave of powerful Infernal magic swept out of the circle, knocking Vincenzo to the ground. And then the Demons poured forth.
The wave of Infernal energy swept throughout the land. Many took refuge in castles and stone temples, but many others were caught out in the open. Those that survived the Demonic energy found themselves changed, their bodies twisted and warped. They became known as Abominations.
This set includes 8 Abominations, people whose bodies were twisted by the release of Demonic energy that swept over them.
As always, use Imperfect Abominations responsibly, and remember, just because their bodies are twisted doesn’t mean they all became villains. Some work the Freak Shows, while others simply wish to be left alone.

Actually, Vermin King (I note it is now two words ) it is partially your doing that got me to finish and post this set, your PMs reminded me of how far behind I'd gotten. Now to finish off the next three things I need to get done.
You are not free from my nitpicking everyone so these is my gift for you: 1) Vincenzo de Lorenzi may be a bit better ("de" denotes noble origins -or at least some money to have power- and lastnames are very often plurals - the "i" -).
2) A long tentacle-like tongue for one of the two tentacled figures could have been nice.
While i'm joking a bit here, my first sentence is serious and sincere.

Always willing to learn.
Correction to the name has been made up at the top, thanks for the pointer, Parduz. ;D Perhaps odd tongues on the next batch of Abominations, but first I have to finish posting a set of Imperfect Prisoners (I needed a prison riot at Confessore Prison where one of the players of a Guild Mage got himself posted so he could access the prison's acnient library), then I have to finish posting a joint project of a 5-page pdf of an Imperfect-Inked Adventures Tavern (thanks to BilliamBauble), and finish coloring, laying out, and posting a set of Imperfect Crowd to fill up streets and market places in crowded towns. Busy, busy, busy.

First, yes that is Octomom on the left, and next to her is Darryl and his other brother Darryl. Next set should be the Imperfect Prisoners, though I don't know if anyone really needs them. I suppose they could pass for prisoners all the way up to a Wild West game.
Whole range of out-of-order characters here. Very inspiring, indeed. I think, I am also a fan of the rightmost young man and his uncontrollable swirling multi-weapon tentacle whip ... (shudder). But first prize goes to Mr. Crabclaw. He's cool and warm-hearted and still cuts off your head with one ... snap urrghh ... .

berneart76: well, this is fun, (not) transferring all my papercrafting sets into the cloud. The stuff I got from DriveTrhruRPG was simple with their library desktop app,but my other stuff, sometimes with multiple duplicate copies is entertaining.

berneart76: Vermin King I usually use a mix of drybrush/watercolor/photocopy and occasionally posterizing at different levels of opacity.

berneart76: Vermin King, that's similar to the enhancing that I do on my texturing. I've found that sometimes I need to scale up or scale down the image (usually by 50 or 25 percent down or 200 or 300 percent up) to make get the enhancements to look "right"

Vermin King: On the zebras, I did multiple enhancements and cartoon filters and used them at 100%, and they still didn't look that different than the photos

Vermin King: When I make a figure or terrain piece based on a photo, I clean it up and align things to look 'right', then I create another layer and do enhancing and cartoonizing on it. I then adjust opacity over the photo image until it looks good. On the zebras,

Vermin King: berneart76, do you mean giving them green or purple manes and tails? and a few piercings? maybe a cig hanging out of their mouths?

Vermin King: cartoonizing a zebra doesn't do much

Vermin King: And due to the snow, I'm off tonight. I am going to miss the cash on the paycheck, but I'm glad they want their employees to be safe

ignatious: Actually I was referring to the two previous posts. I was trying to be subtle in order to sublimate the crassness. Read them again, but in Mel Brooks voice while he is winking, and nudging the person to his right.

Vermin King: Sure. Euphemize us
Feb 8, 2019 18:40:48 GMT -9
ignatious: would anyone care for a euphemism?

cowboyleland: We hadn't had snow for a few days. Last night the plow came down my street and did nothing but fill every ones driveways back in. Just for practice, I guess.

Vermin King: In KC we had an ice storm (with thunder sleet) the other night. Left things drivable, but last night the plow came down my street. They took all the rough edges off. Might as well have ran a Zamboni...
