So I am a new owner of a silhouette, and it is pretty cool. I've been making cut files, and it is super nice to watch the minis fall out of the card-stock...
But then what, I have all of these loose, unglued minis?
Glue-sticks in my hands seem only to mangle the minis, spray adhesive tends to blast the minis all over my spray area unless I am super careful (which I am getting better at).
Anyone have any advice for the post-cutting assembly?

Gluesticks, carefully and only on one side of the mini. Fold in half and start aligning at the head then squish the parts into alignment for front and back.

It may depends on the spray glue, but i was able to spray the tiny MechAttack weapons without having them flying away (......too much ), and your minis too. The unvolountary trick was to lay a layer of paper (the kind you use to dry your hands in public bathrooms) over the table, and spraying the glue from the most vertical angle possible, in short burst. The tiny bit of glue between the minis border and that paper kept the majority of them in place, after the first couple of burst. Sure, the glue i've found dries completly in two days (!) so this allow the trick 'cause you can move everything already glued without problems. Another trick is block half of the miniatures in some manner: removable adhesives (post-it notes, that kind of tape you can write on it) or tiny magnets if you have a magnetic plane, fishing weights or just heavy bolts and nuts all works good. Or, as i've done also, a lattice glove and your fingers holding them while you spray one by one works perfectly

glue pens.... awesome. I've just found some new ones as I can't find the UHU ones anymore, they apply the glue with a sponge tip, absolutely perfect. Just testing this new brand out before I send them on to you Parduz They seem to be pretty good though.

Another +1 to the glue stick. I actually have a huge stack of scrap paper so I can dab the cut minis with a glue stick then move them to another section of paper (that doesn't have glue stick on it) to burnish them after. I glue around 10 figures with that scrap paper then get a new one (or fold it in half for a bit more millage). It is still much faster than cutting by hand.

Just a note: masking tape is meant to be applied and removed. I think you could use (and re-use) a loop of masking tape underneath to hold the fig still for spray-gluing. I prefer glue-sticks myself.
