Well here it goes, I'm looking for a set of fantasy rules for playing dungeon crawl games that will work with any Dungeon Terrain sets and minis. I want something that I guess is close to how Descent (the board Game) or GunCrawl play. Nothing with too many stats like D&D but enough to make it customizable so any type of character can be made with a unique ability/abilities and with out the need for a DM.
It would definitely be great if there was a way to find and get New Items or spells like how you can in Descent. Also if possible/needed if tokens, Item/character cards, and such that were needed to play the game were included. Maybe even a way to level up, but this one isn't as important.
As for other things just needs to have a good general set of rules for attacking, defending, spells, traps, health, manna, movement, range, and so forth.
Lol Mostly looking for something close to this. ;D

I've never played Descent, but maybe look at Song of Blades and Heroes with the Song of Gold and Darkness "expansion."

First thing I thought was Song of Gold and Darkness too. Then Dungeon Plungin' from Oversoul Gamez.
Then I thought, "well, he has played Descent and GunCrawl," so maybe the right question is what you didn't like about them. I mean, GunCrawl might be customizable to fantasy with some work, for instance...

Check out Dungin Plungin over at Oversoul Games. It is fun and has most of what you are asking for. Best of all its free and if you want them, there are loads of paper minis for the quests. www.oversoul-games.com/oversoul_download.html ;D

First thing I thought was Song of Gold and Darkness too. What's great about SBH and SGD is that Andrea (The guy that runs Ganesha Games) just released Tales of Blades and heroes which is a complete fantasy role playing system that merges with the table top wargame game. Each PDF is 8 bucks. TalesBH is a beautifully simple system (it's the same 2 stat rules as the war game, but he added social and mental special rules). I'm obsessed with everything Ganesha's put out (and really active on their message boards), so if anyone has any questions about their products, let me know.

WOW Emergency Overdrive... I have been working and WORKING on my Dungeon Crawl game, and this one is VERY close to what I have been working one, but there is a LOT of support and campaigns here already. Nicely played! ;D

Well I looked at Dungeon Plungin and I must say that it is one neat system and really does look like it has most of what I'm Looking for. I think I'm definitely going to try it out! ;D

Yeah, its a blast. I love it. It was one of the first things I found when I started doing paper models and now I get to have fun on the design side as well. Hope you guys enjoy it. If you want something a little different, try Splatball. Its a little further down on the page. I love the whole neighborhood kids playing Paintball idea. Its got plenty of cool minis also, vehicles too. ;D

I saw that... I liked the picket fences.
I have got to tell you, I have been reading and cutting out floor tiles ALL day.
I bought these really cool clear bases a couple weeks back (the thread is under general papercraft nonsense or something), and I am using these for the doors and chests. They are PERFECT (since they are a little too big for the spaces to use for the figures... they are 32mm, I think).
I would like to find a COMPLETE list of monsters. I like the ones they have listed, but there are only like 15 or so. I have about 1,000 figures ready to be discovered in the dungeons. (If I can't get a master list of creatures, I would like to have a "How To Create Monsters" list...).

I'll see what we have going and find out what I can. I'll let you know this weekend after I talk to the guys. I had to take some time off for school, and monsters was one thing we were discussing at the time. ;D
