I see LVMENES (never have figured out how that is supposed to be pronounced....) have a new set out on DTRPG today too. And they have a variety of 'skins' (I'm assuming as layers on the pdf, haven't picked it up myself yet) so you can use the Warriors as fantasy, 'advanced fantasy', knights and even urban rioters...... They look kinda cool to me. Does the artist ever frequent these boards...? LINKY

I recently bought their set of Romans and Celts. Really like the vector drawing style, although I am always intrigued about the reason some miniature makers (including this one) draw cavalry and chariots in front view. Anyway, that set has 37 pages with the minis in 28mm and 54mm scales with different contour styles plus A-frame/T-frame layout. No layers. EDIT: just checked again. Actually, each page has all content in a layer. So Adobe shows layers but they are not used to select or modify contents of each page.
He does reference onemonk.com (and reivajminis.blogia.com) when explaining how to mount the miniatures in bases, although I am not sure if this implies he at least knows of this board.

I like LVMENES' products ( link ). They are very good sets imho. A lot of minis, many options. this is a my old comment on RPGNow: ... There are few historical "real" paper miniatures. But this isn't the point. This product has many otions, 30 mm., 54 mm., options for borders, stand-up fflat igures version ...
Imho, it is not a criticism, lacks some textures and one/two poses are a little "flat" but this is a must for any skirmish/tactical wargames about "De Bello Gallico" or "Lex Arcana" rpg.
At last a very valued product. Recommended. ... and the following sets are further improved ( Feudal Japan 1 and 2 ). This latest product, imho, isn't an exception. This is a great set too. Unfortunately I can't contact LVMENES.

Hello guys. I have created a forum profile for me (as you can see). Thank you very much for the comments. I am willing to learn how to make layered pdfs. Until now, I only worked with single pdfs. Sorry the english, it's not my native language. The V in lvmenes is supposed to work as a latin U. I created this name for a game and have used it in many accounts after that. My name is Lucas.

Nice to 'meet' you Lucas - and welcome to the boards!!! Don't worry about English not being your first language - it's not mine either, I'm Scottish!! (Sorry, bit of British humour there....) There are some very talented Latin American, Eastern European (and other) artists on here so you are among good company!!! I love your figures by the way, and look forward to hearing more about your processes and what you have coming up. I hope you find your time here as informative and entertaining!!!! PS - I always thought that was how it was pronounced - certainly always said 'Loo-men-ess' in my head!

Welcome lvmenes! You'll find here a worldwide community of gaming paper modellers, designers, and collectors, many of whom do not speak English as a first language. We have Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, and even Russian-speaking members, so please make yourself at home here so we can get even greater enjoyment of your already terrific minis
