The theme for this months HOARD is The Deep This can be any sort of miniature on the above theme or feel free to submit miniatures off theme. If you submit a figure, they must include both front and rear art, have a proper trimming outline, and include instructions for multi-part models. Recolors and figure mods are encouraged, and even uncolored designs are welcome. No nudity or sexuality, but bloody gory and horrifying is encouraged. If you have questions about how to design your figures, like formats, resolution, and stuff like that, see the HOARD GUIDELINES in this forum category. Entries for the Hoard will be accepted until the last day of October, 2014. A Hoard so grim in nature that I didn't dare to use an exclamation point in the title... Things from the depths of space, the bottom of the sea, the foundations of madness, or that laundry pile in your closet...it's...Deep!

Correction; this is actually the October Hoard, not November. November will be the Christmas Wars Hoard. That is all, carry on.

Very cool 8rad. You don't have to have build photo for the monthly Hoards, they are nice though. I'll be posting a group shot once the Hoard is finished and assembled.

First mini. This is based on the Pale man from Pan's Labyrinth. Does anyone have suggestions for improving?

He is very disturbing. That is a compliment. I would get rid of the thin white outline.

He feels a bit top heavy, but this guy always gives me the creeps, and your mini certainly hangs on to that quality. Nice work! I agree, too, that the thin white line is not necessary.

I see now that you want the line around the fingernails, but it could end where each nail meets the finger and not go around the rest of the model.

It's gorgeously horrific!! And definitely improved by losing the white line!! And this is your first attempt at a paper mini sweetmeats? I am impressed!!!

Thanks migibb. Yes first attempt. I have only been making print out minis for 2 months because I started GMing a game.
