Okay, I know that Sci Fi isn't the preferred genre of most of the members, but this looked extremely good, though beyond my abilities. But it looked really good, so I checked out the pdo and it is a one-pager. 22 parts, and it looks buildable. The designer, Lazy Life also has aircraft and military vehicles. And some character toys. Check it out at lazylife.at-ninja.jp/papercraft/portal_turret.htmlIf there is anything I appreciate in this craft is a great looking model that looks like you put more into it than you did. THAT makes a great design

Well, I take back my comment about fairly simple. It is very simple except for the legs. I like pdo files because they indicate how things go together, but in this case, each leg is three pieces: the 'foot', the 'knee' and the upper leg. On none of these does it indicate connecting points. And beyond that, the upper leg portions appear to connect inside the body. If I do this, I think I will make 2D legs and fit the knee piece on them. To me that seems to be a better solution. I think I can do the front legs easily enough from the photo views, but the back leg photos don't give me much info
