What kind of thick figurines do you prefer?

I voted for the first two. Too thick, and they won't fit into a Litko base.

I did a little googling and a little math, and I think my matte photo paper is around .27mm thick, so I'll vote for .5 - 1mm since I just fold the mini in half. I also get a kick out of polls with three options, and you can select up to three answers.

Thanks for vote. Your voices are very helpful when designing. I'm interested in the thickness of the composite figure.

I'm not the one to ask on this, but generally for a human-sized figure, I just do the fold-over. Larger figures I either sandwich one or two layers between, depending on the size of the figure.
I also laminate many of the figures to give a more 3d appearance, or put clear plastic between the layers for floating figures.
