I'm throwing my hat in the ring! Here's a sampler tile set for y'all to enjoy, in time for the Papercut Awards... The preview set features six grass tiles with cobblestone streets on them. Here's some pix using the tiles! The top down photo features two Paper Realms houses, as well as the lovely Dave Graffam "Hermit's Hutch" paper model in the upper left corner. DOWNLOAD

Just as I started printing this set out for pics, the ink started coming out funny colors... Turns out the tube to the blue cart popped out and wouldn't go back in. And there was a fair bit of ink everywhere! But, I've had this CIS for a long time now. I know how to clean up ink messes, and I super-glued the tube in place (I'm thinking I'm due for a new printer soon!). Just please send positive vibes at my printer long enough to get some tiles churned out! [update] Well, I was able to print 4 tiles that look GREAT. Then I got one tile where it looked like dead grass. After some tweaking I discovered the tube popped out again. After fixing it, the prints now look very Feywild. I might have to get creative with camera angles on this one...

Thanks for the offer kiladecus - I was able to print 8 tiles out before it went kaput. I am thinking that I might be able to MacGyver the tube permanently in place, since I've kind of emotionally committed to losing the printer soon... I will post pics tonight no matter what -- my goal was mostly to get some tiles out to people for free, and I pulled that off. Everything else is gravy. I may come back grovelling if I get desperate!

There's only six tiles. The copy shop I sometimes use would be just over $2.00 to do those. And I bet they would come out looking really good.

A Great tile sampler with clean and crisp textures. What we've come to expect from mproteau (Paper Realms) - I'm so glad you are starting to share more models here, and to make them available via OBS!

Glad to see you got it sorted!
Between moving and starting my new job, time is a scarcity.
