Hi everyone.
I recently picked up the Cameo 3 and tonight I started printing and cutting the Goblinoid Tribes bundle on DrivethruRPG.
For paper I'm using 110 lb cardstock. The autoblade makes 3 passes before completing and even then sometimes the cut doesn't go all the way through and I have to run it through a second or even third time.
What I'd like to know is if any members here have the Cameo 3 and tried the Deep Blade which is made to cut thicker material. If anyone has any experience would the deep blade be better and require less passes to cut through 110 lb card stock?
Thanks in advance for any info.
John

You don't want the deep blade for 100lb stock. It is not recommended for your machine at all.
Just using a adjustable blade on 4 and paper thickness of 20 or so should do the trick, single pass.
If you try to cut too deep, it will stick into the carrier sheet and jam your movement.

There is also an error in the cut-files I've been seeing; I made all of the cut-files as .gsd format years ago before the studio software came out. Versions 1+2 translated the old files just fine, but I have been seeing this in the V3 Studio software where it breaks up the lines into little sections and instead of cuts you end up with perforations instead. I have been working through the files and making new cut-files, sorry that one wasn't cutting right for you.

I just uploaded new cut-files for the Goblinoid Monsters, I hope this fixes your issue.
