Okay, so I'm facing an unexpected obstacle in my design for this month's hoard. I want to include a Cyberpunk 2077 fanart that I found on the internet. I contacted the original artist for permission, but the guy just won't answer my mail... I'm not sure what to do now, since I really wanna include the image. Maybe I could kind of re-do/copy it with stock material, but that would mean several hours of research and work in Photoshop... The included pic is the lady on the left...

That is a great image. Even if I spent hours of research and work in Photoshop, I couldn't come close to it. That's a tough one

The stockphoto I used: www.deviantart.com/silenceinsilver/art/KIRI-nocoat-21-757682419I admit that it is far from the standard of the image I originally wanted to use, but for a quick and dirty manip, I think it turned out quite well, and infringes no copyright... Took me about 4 hours including the search for the stock image.

I made some progress... Left (viewed from front of building) outside wall Left inside wall Front inside wall Back inside wall Inside floor Right outside wall Still to do: - right inside wall - bar - inner walls - upper level (DJ/band area and manager's office) - tables - roof (box lid) However, since total shut-down and social distancing shut down the copy shop around the corner, too, I won't be able to print the bar. I'll try to find a work-around for that...

More progress... Inside wall with bar, manager's office, and restroom... Furnishing... Cosmetics to restroom wall... Still to do: - inner walls lower level - upper level - staircase - roof - exterior surroundings (parking lot, side alley, street front) I'm at it, but now... Chicken Nugget Palooza!

Further progress... Walls of the table area... Staircase and walls of the restroom... Up next: - upper level walls and floor - roof I'll ditch the outer surroundings for now. They will be a good tiles set for a later occasion. How much time do I have left?

Y'know, I can't have all of these Yakuza standing around on a parking lot full of cybertrucks and motorcycles, a Club is where they belong. I guess they'll just queue in the lot until the Club arrives.

And now I want to add rocket engines to the side of mine... which oddly reminds me of the Flying Party from one of the Hitchhikers Guide books o.0

Or back from the street surrounded by a lot? EDIT -- I know we do more fantasy than anything, but we don't have any parking lots in the Hoards or anywhere? Anyone feel like contributing parking lot tiles?

He's making them for this month's Hoard. How big should Hoard tiles be?

I believe that 'ditching exterior surroundings ' means he would appreciate help

'Kay... Quick sketch of what I had planned... I'll get the club ready today, but will post the 4 tiles of the surrounding parking lot and alley later. When they are finished, they can simply be added to the box of the club... And now back to work, I have an office and a roof to attend to...

My grocery store also sells ink, I'm headed there this morning for some bananas and ink carts, I can build the beauty shot once it's done.

Bathroom and stairs progress; Unfortunately the stairs encroach on the bathroom door, I trimmed off about 1/8 of an inch to make them fit better;

That happens when there's no way to testbuild... However, if the door is slightly hidden behind the stairs, I would see no problem with that, as it can still open into the bathroom... That aside, the Jungle looks great, so far.

Thanks, not trying to be critical. That said... the toilet wrap-around is one glue flap too long. The chairs, tables and bar went together easy though. Uhm... yeah... I remember now. I ran into the same "problem" when I built The Shed. I just trimmed it to the correct size, if I remember correctly. I think, I'll go back into the PSD of The Jungle, and correct these minor mistakes, once you're done with the build (so I can erase all flaws at once). I'll then update the PDF... Thank you

Almost done - It's very sturdy, I just need to finish the parking lot. This looks absolutely awesome! Just two things: The stands os the tables are supposed to generate an X-shape that you glue under the tableplate using the small flaps (which will then form kind of a square). It never occured to me that it could be done in a different fashion... Second, you put down the club the wrong way 'round on the tiles. The parking lot is supposed to be behind the club, not in front of it. But that's nothing that can't be changed with a simple twist of the box... Although, I guess it works both ways...

Good thing I didn't glue the box down, thanks. I wasn't sure how the table support was supposed to go so I went with the pedestal shape.
