OK, so I have some silly preferences in my paper modelling and my real life, and they occasionally bleed over to one another. I really prefer my wild animals to be standees and not tent folds. And while we had some amazing tent fold animals in the Worlds of Verne Hoard, I would rather have seen the deinotherium at least being flat. And when we went Into The Jungle, we had some very wonderful amazons by aaron, but in my mind, jungle amazons have more of a brown skin and darker hair. So I re-worked both of these items to better suit my sensibilities, and then I made an amazon deinotherium rider as well. I hope y'all enjoy these.

Do you have a pic of how the Amazon attaches to the deinotherium? Thanks.

squirmydad, here we go with the pictures When you glue the amazon, you leave a little open at the bottom: The deinotherium is a perfectly serviceable model on her own: The amazon gets glued to the deinotherium's back by putting some glue in the slit in her underside and just gluing the foldover onto the back of the beast. You can line up the little lines:

After some consideration, I realized that a girl on top of a warbeast with a short spear wasn't going to be doing much of anything. So, what I really wanted to be perched on top of the deinotherium was an archer. So, after a couple of hours of fiddling, I added an archer to the image, combining the squatting legs with the archer torso.

I really dig these but will hesitate to put them on my table until if figure out where the jungle Amazons get their neon dye. Maybe bug guts.

The neon can be toned down in GIMP using "desaturate," it's still an option for me before I put together the army. Or possibly switching the blue to red. His Splendid Dominion Estanislao hires amazons as mercenaries and security in the kingdom, but it will be a while before they are needed to stem the orc tide.

Can't help feeling the deinotherium could do with being a bit more colourful to match the Amazons better. It looks a bit too drab currently.
As for how you get by fighting from the top of a huge warbeast, a howdah would be possible alternative. Using fewer, or shorter-range, weapons, the beast might need a protective covering as well.

It could be more of an Infantry Transport Vehicle. The elephantidae destrier probably should have some sort of armor, leather or bamboo, which could get a bit of color
