Hi,
I'd like to post some pictures in a thread. I can barely work out how to get them off my phone onto my computer!
Can some kind soul give me a quick step by step on how to add my proud little warband's groupshot to a thread.
Thank you,
GR

I find that emailing my photos to myself is the easiest way for me to transfer photos to my computer.
As far as posting the photos to the forum, Firefox borked their browser a couple months ago, so now I use Chrome.
I usually store my photos on my computer by the month and year the photos were taken, which makes it easy to find them.
When you do your post, whether you are using Quick Reply or Reply (the advanced version), there should be a box that says PostImage. Click that. A pop-up should open with a button to Choose Picture. Click it and you will get a computer window so you can find the file on your computer. Select the one you want and hit Open. That will put the photo into your post

Oh that's great. Thanks for the reply Vermin King. I started to try that method and when I clicked Post Image it was asking me something about rescaling and I panicked and ran away! So I should just post it at actual size?
Thanks for the help,
GR

That is correct.
In the thumbnail, it will be re-sized as a thumb, but when anyone clicks the image, it will open a new tab in PostImage that is larger. If it is a very large image to begin with, if you hover your cursor over the image in the new window, you will see a magnifying glass for your cursor. If so, when you click the image, it will enlarge
