Again, just getting back into paper soldiers, and having to relearn much of what I used to know.
One thing I have forgotten was some trick I had stumbled upon to use some browser to resize my toys. For whatever reason, when I shrunk/grew the browser window, the image would shrink/grow with it, with no visible loss of quality.
I've googled this, and there seems to be general agreement that this does work, though nobody goes through any details. I can't remember either, and am hoping that some member here can help me re-invent the wheel.
Any help?

Don't know about that, but I usually use Photos to align, crop and some color adjustment, then Paint to resize, unless I plan to modify things. If I plan to modify, I do this in Gimp, which is free
