Looks great!
My only change would be that the border on the front image should be thinner than that of the back.
This is done to cover-up any misalignment issues during the score and fold stage of creation.

Well I just finished building this guy and I just have to say... wow! It looks great! My only cmment would eb to agree with OMB and reduce the border on the front. As for the star, it seems to be about the right size on the figure.

Also, be sure to test print it at actual size. Things that look really cool large like this disappear or look really bad when printed actual size.
