My Papercuts entry this year continues my Venice Carnevale project. I wanted to adjust the position of Ca Dario to match photos of the real building. I also wanted to include Casa Rosata, complete with courtyard, on my table (as a tribute to Shep). I have attempted, by a series of kit-bashes, to combine all of that into one Mini Diorama. This project even incorporates an original design by lightning. Follow the build diary cardboard-warriors.proboards.com/thread/11109/revisiting-ca-dario

The rear of the buildings from the San Cristoforo bridge. That narrow passage could be lethal to attackers

An overview of the courtyard on Casa Rosata. Modified David Graffam walls. Venetian staircase by lightning. The gate is adapted from the Papierschnitzel graveyard set (also by lightning)
