I can't believe I forgot to post this. It would need to be scaled down and the graphics enhanced, but to me, it seemed to scream out Innsmouth (if Innsmouth was near Vancouver...) ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEaLoILqDZ8sX4Ow-dcJoUEV5C3kotNpoGd9nwDiDgG2t-PWJPGZ_bT2yuVVOC0kc3GxInJGnylexAq9VudBG6Rd3J_3cssQ4VJLJEojgj8L5qDqyLpMkkotlrpbRE0U68-0FN7fK8ez4YOvXCmGNarSSlRPjduzKupbCuhD_C5D-iKVQ0exQ23EQv7Q/s1600/The%20Rookery%20Saw%20Mill%20Diorama%20Papercraft%20by%20Nathan%20Lee%20001.jpg) You can find it at www.nvrc.ca/arts-culture/artist-residency-program . You then would scroll down and click on 'Nathan Lee'

Exactly. The Rookery was actually based on a sawmill complex near Vancouver during the Age of Tall Ships. Logs were floated down to the mill and the lumber sent off by ship.
I don't see anything there that would keep it from being a fishery and market

Or fisherman huts on the water. Couple of Lightnings boats and you're on!
