I have my own subforum now, so I guess I should try to keep it tidy To keep things ordered, I've decided to make a thread by type of miniature. So in this thread I will post the goblin horde I've begun last weekend. In a Dungeon Plungin' style, these goblins will be cute but menacing (cutely menacing? menacingly cute?)... at least I hope so. First ones, two goblin warriors (with the elven hero near them as a scale gauge) : Suggestions? Critics?

Looks good. I like the lightened version. The world needs more goblins. They keep people on their toes. ;D

When goblins first battled against wood elves, they were surprised by the deadly elegant movements of elven wardancers. Being a cunning race, some of the goblins survivors quickly began to try to emulate elven dances of war. They decided to send spies to learn about dancing, and then Project Wardancing began. The project worked well, and soon the first wave of goblin wardancer adepts was ready to battle. There was only a quirk... the only returning spy has spent her time learning about only one kind of dance: ballet. Goblin wardancers are 90% female. They wear pink tutus and lace dresses... and they are deadly with any kind of lame.

I can't wait for Anita's fairies to encounter some of these goblinettes. I hope I have a camera by then!
Have fun! Steve

@anita : I am a very slow drawer with pencil and paper, but when I work directly with Inkscape (as I do with these cartoon minis) I get a quicker @steve : Hey, that would be very funny ! Yesterday I hadn't much time, but I managed to add another goblinette wardancer to the collection :
