Glad you like it! You've probably figured out that you can cut out the ground piece in the middle of the passage and use this model to span a canal or river, too.
It's priced at $4.95. It requires 7 sheets of cardstock. The completed files have been sent to Chris at Ecardmodels, so it'll be available when he next updates his site, hopefully today or tomorrow.

Very nice seeing and updated version of one of my favorite structures of yours. The addition of the platform and side building are excellent. I look forward to building it.

I like the looks of this one a great deal! Is there an actual gate piece to put in that passage?

Is there an actual gate piece to put in that passage? Actually, no. Kind of an obvious thing to include, now that I think about it. What I'll do is prepare a free download to go along with this model, and it'll include an optional swinging gate and shutters, which are currently a flat optional texture layer. You'll be able to grab that free sheet about the same time the model goes up for sale at the Ecardmodels shop. I've been thinking about producing a free download to show how I use the multi-layered PDFs, and this is a great opportunity to do that while also adding some value to an existing model.

Fantastic! I know just where this model is going, in regards to my Himmelveil build - the western side of Ha'Penny Market.
