Finger and Toe Models announces the release of the 28mm card stock ADOBEVILLE with 2 stackable 3" high, 4'x4" modules and eight interchangeable wall blocks for variety. The wall blocks are easily removable giving you access to the interiors. The textures allow you to build any mud brick village or town from Gilgamesh’s Ur to modern third world seen on the nightly news. Build the pueblos of the fabled Seven Cities of Cibola and ambush the greedy conquistadores or recreate the deadly street fighting in Monterrey as advancing American troops attempted to seize one of Mexico’s key cities. Roofs vary from the flat mud covered branches of the Anasazi to the wood of the Middle east or tiled roofs of Mexico. Remember, every Finger and Toe model comes with SMOOSH ASSURANCE: if ya’ll smoosh your ADOBEVILLE, a new set waits your summons from hard drive and printer. ADOBEVILLE is available from www.rpgnow.com or www.wargamevault.com for $5.00. Uploaded with ImageShack.us

Niiiice!
I'd see them good also with white walls (like most greek houses) and "sand" (desert villages).

I like it. It ain't Mexican looking enough, but its closer than anything else anyone makes. I went to RPG now to get it. Couldn't find it. I did a search under Finger and Toe but nada.

revgun: www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=94468&filters=0_0_0_0&manufacturers_id=797The pueblo module is based on the pueblos of the Rio Grande valley where I spent many weekends as an undergrad (the guy who was my best man was an anthro major and became an archaeologist), not the Sonoran desert nor Sahara. The "modern" mud brick is based on reference photos from Afghanistan. Parduz, didn't even think about Greek villages, but it would match the villages on Turkey's southern coast IIRC. I'd also need some funky windmills. Maybe, maybe down the line as the SlumCity geometry is easy to retexture. Anyway, enjoy

Got it. Thank you Glenn. Talk about service I like it. See, I'm a New Mexico/Texas raised guy. I've been to Chama several times, plus a couple of Pueblo's on private ranch land. You've nailed the Kiva/Sipapu look. I think the adobe I'm hunting is maybe more Spanish Mexican as opposed to Hopi or Zuni. I can use this. Friday, I'll get your Aztec stuff. I intended to before... but since I'm gaming again, I NEED it. LOL

Very nice Glenn. I have been wanting to do a domed building like that, but was afraid I couldn't pull off the dome part.
