I'm back. I finally have a reliable internet connection again, a laptop after the last one was stolen (along with copies of new figures I had been working on and the blue ankh publishing releases) and life has settled down enough for me to start up the creative process. And to celebrate I'm going to do it big like only I do.
Zombies and a lot of them.
I'll be a lot clearer next post when I start to post progress updates. And pictures and figures. tomorrow.
and I need to find a website designer who I can get to make me a website more then once every few years. And a forum jumper.

Hey RGW,
Welcome back. You don't know me, that's fine. I'm nobody really, but I saw your post and it made me feel empathetic toward you.
I, too, was here a lot, then I was hit with everything but a plague of locusts... I got through that and I am hitting the papercraft world hard and heavy. (Well, for me at least).
I look forward to your work, but more important, I am glad you made it through, and hope the best for you.

Ya, should be over but my gut keeps telling me not to let my guard down. hmmmm. not even sure. Here's the rough first draft of the first moon. Not a figure yet but...  This moon has a small elvish population, small human, small goblin, and a very small population of aliens (haven't decided which yet, but dosen't really matter, *SPOILER*, they all die during the fourth invasion when the elves and goblins loose their immunity.) So, I guess that means I'm doing an elven army, a human army, a goblin army, and a small alien "task force" and I'm making them zombies afterwards  Oh and I got to do the zombie girl chaned to the wall who causes the 3rd zombie invasion when she's discovered walled into a sealed room. |

Ok, here's the first moon again with some cities and a few borders.  and this is the second moon. It has a large native kobold population and till between the first and second invasion was mostly barren. Now it's a buffer between the other moons and the zombies. All travel to any of the moons, such as it is, goes through this moon. traveling is by train on this moon unless you are prepared for kobolds. Um, I still have to put in kobold villages and hunting paths and such.  I'm still deciding on the last moon and how the planet will look. But, just for kicks and giggles, here's all three moons and how they orbit. I took way too much astronomy in college. No math and not to scale. If you really wanna know the distance, take the force add them together and divide by 2, that's a pretty good idea of how far away they will be but not accurate.  hehe, kinda looks like a face. Oh, and the two moons orbiting each other also orbit the main planet (in the center of the blue circle). |
