I wanted to let everyone know I have just started making Dave Graffam's models and buildings available in Pre-Cut Print format. With Pre-Cut prints you will quickly and affordably be able to put together a full range of buildings for your gaming table. If you wish to view the current items up for auction, please see my listings on Ebay hereAll of these auctions are starting off ridiculously cheap at $.50 a page. I will be adding more models as the days and weeks go by. Thanks

This is possibly the most dangerous thing I've seen you do, Dave!

I don't quite understand what you mean by dangerous. Dave and I have signed a licensing agreement, thus his IP is protected, and if all goes well this will open up an untapped market for his designs. Really, all the risk has been my own since I have put up all the operating capital and am running this venture single handed.

I was having a think today about shipping charges and such after posting my orders. I was wondering what your guys opinion would be on this. I was thinking to include the flat rate price of shipping into my buy it now price, then offer all buy it now auctions with free shipping.
I am aware this is simply merging the costs, and does me no good for my bottom line, but it would promote the buy it now price, and help those out who think my shipping fees are too high, particularly the overseas market.
On a side note, I had guesstimated my shipping costs within $.50, which I was happy with. Of course it was about $.50 too low but that was acceptable lol.

Ordered a set of the walls, which are one of the few sets I haven't built yet. (Probably something to do with the fact I'd need to fully enclose an area of about 90" x 60", with inner dividing walls.)
Don't know if it would help to "hide" the shipping or not, since it would add to the per-sheet total. Personally, it wouldn't be a make-or-break in this instance since I had already decided to make a purchase. For future sets, I think I would actually prefer to see the shipping costs. It would make it obvious that the primary variable in cost is the number of sheets.

I do agree with you, when reconsidering it, I realized to compensate for the hidden shipping costs I would have to offer a discount on more than one item, thus pricing would get complicated. I like the simple structure as it is.
Thanks again for your order!
For others who are interested, I plan on adding more buildings this weekend.

Sorry for the double post but I wanted to update everyone.
Sales are going better than I initially anticipated keeping me very busy. I am still running into issues with Studio which is causing me to triple check each page before finally cutting it, thus I am putting a lot more time than I should have to, but I hope things eventually smooth out. I am still looking for some other cutting options and I am not ruling out laser cutting yet. If sales continue as they are are now, I may look into die cutting.
I am putting up Rake's Corner buildings tomorrow, which will bring me up to about the half way mark to what I will initially be offering.
Thanks for everyone on this board who has supported me thus far, and I look forward to hearing back from everyone on their initial impressions of the models and what I could do to improve.

My package arrived this afternoon. No visible damage to the outer package. I didn't get a chance to check each sheet individually, but all the frame edges & corners are crisp and nothing was rattling loose in the bag. The first couple of pages look nice - I think you've found a good stock for this stuff. I'll put myself in the "Happy Customer" column. ;D - Pb

Added more auctions today hereTwo versions of the Cabin, three versions of the Ruined Longhouse, the Longhouse, the Warehouse (the one with interiors) and the impressive Willow Brook Inn. Sales are still going well, I haven't made a dime yet though that will take another month at least lol. Ja

In order to make the models I offer even MORE affordable, I have lowered the Buy-it-now price from $3.00 to $2.50 per page!
As well, I now offer free shipping on orders of $150 US or more.

I recently purchased an industrial laser printer allowing me to increase my production time, so I won't be limited to one auction per week.
I will be changing my auction format to buy it now only starting this weekend. I have to go over my numbers to determine the final per page price. It will be between $2.00-$2.50 a page, so if you want to get the prints at a lower price now is the time to do it.
