Hi! I'm very proud'n'happy to announce: first "elvish" sets released via RPGnow: www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=99748&src=FrontPageThere is a few new features compared to previous test versions: including "modable figures" with replaceable weapons and equipment, "wall of shields" and more beasts, which you can assemble with various grounds and/or together into a beast pack, then there is "winged guardian" - ie. panther-like beast with attachable wings. In general there is more accessories (well, mostly shields in this set - but in should change in incoming sets!) For Cardboard-Warriors forum members it's FREE (valid till the end of March). Special DISCOUNT LINK (0$ price): ------------------------------------------- www.rpgnow.com/index.php?discount=14460Hope it works (at least I checked the link, but didn't download the file yet) - it's my first attempt, so in case if I screw something with the link etc. please let me know. I hope that you will enjoy this set (and incoming others as well:) When you will read this - another one set should be also released (High Elf Warriors). Cheers, mesper

I just got my copy. Wonderful and Thank You!
Receiving a free copy was a real treat, though I was more than happy to pay the $4.95. I also purchased the High Elves set as well. Beautiful.
I sincerely hope you will make all of your other models available through RPGNow? This will allow me to purchase the others I've seen on your website.
Are you planning to do so?

Thank you and I'm glad to know that you like Elves! Yes, I definitely would like to release more sets - although as it shows with Elves its not that smooth and easy, even if I already have most of basic figures (60mm). To be honest it was mostly my fault, because I found out that I enjoy all the possibilities of 30mm scale (more flexible) and started to add brand new figures, accessories, mods etc... then I realized, that some older figures looks kinda "outdated" (flat colours, mediocre textures/lightning or even some errors becomes somehow more visible then previously) so started reworking them almost from scratch:) Well, lesson taught, some additional experience gained, so let's hope it will go more smooth from now on. Another thing is that I started (and will continue) with Fantasy genre, but I was "involved" mostly into historic themes so far - and would really love to release some historic sets - still not sure if there will be enough interest? Well, anyhow I will probably prepare some historic sets parallel with Fantasy - just for pure fun - and then we will see... Cheers, mesper

I for one would like them all! Call me a compulsive collector, but there it is.
I hope you do offer them. Why not offer the larger models you currently have. Heck, they can be printed in smaller size anyhow.

I'm not sure about historic either, but I know of several people that play historic wargames. Other than Zio's historic games, I don't know of any others that would use 30mm figures.

Got it! Stunning. I adore the artistic quality. I'll post a review later. Thank you! Believe or not but each time I realize something (be it small PDF with mini-set or "serious" full issue/set) I'm always nervous and full of doubts... And the funny thing is that almost immediately after releasing I can see what could be done better. Anyway I'm really happy knowing that people like what I did - it kinda encourages for next projects!

Very cool! I'm usually not a fan of all the additional ground elements around a figure but I think it really fits with the forest elves. Now... who has the cut files?

Thank you all! Now... who has the cut files? Agreed - cutting files would be SUPER!!! Unfortunately I can't provide them - not because I simply don't have cutter machine yet - as I understood it IS possible to prepare such a file WITHOUT a cutter, based just on manufactures rulebook/procedures, am I right? But, frankly speaking, I'm not comfortable with providing something which I can't personally check even once... In cut-files dedicated thread there is also info about some kind of "mess" with new cut file format and possible compatibility issues (not sure here) - it seems as it's really nothing important, but still I was afraid/cautious so in overall decided to wait with experimenting

Ok, where are you OldSchoolDM? You are the master of the Cut Files... LOL. I guess someone noticed. :-) Just downloaded this set. They are quite amazing! At the moment I don't need any elves cut out for play - so I won't be working on these just yet, sorry to disappoint. Randy

I have a knack for keeping up with people here, and knowing their strengths, and pointing them out to others. I don't do MANY things here, but I try to help when I am able.
