And I'm reading ( today ), in italian, the third book, "Krew elfów" ( "Il Sangue degli Elfi" ) and I have already read the previous two, "Ostatnie życzenie" and "Miecz przeznaczenia" ( "Il Guardiano degli Innocenti" and "La Spada del Destino" ). These are short stories.

LOL... well give me some more detailed info on the assasin and who knows what can happen between now and the weekend ;-)


aaaaannnd to go back on topic... im abandoning this guy, my biggest problem is that what I envisioned was a lot different from what came out of my pen. I saw him as dropping grenades from up high... but ow he looks like a gimp footed constipated floating man that took an arrow to the knee whilst holding a Faberge egg... I achieved what i wanted with the other 6 figs... so im happy, maybe ill add the grenade as a configurable weapon...

Can't do it right now - but can provide you later with some reference artworks - it would be indeed GREAT if you would design such a mini!

Well and perhaps I could submit another one too... so who knows, our minis could be kinda "starter" for dedicated Hoard-Set: Silverheaded Assassins?

Okkk... so i took a break from creating various bloody versions of the rocket troopers holding guns for a quick dip into silver haired assassins... sigh.. i still have a lot to learn about the back of heals...

I am not much of an artist, but I seem to have a knack for doing backs, maybe because I don't sweat the details too much. Anyway I would suggest that this fig shouldn't be up on his toes with both feet. I would let the left foot be planted firmly on the ground. Then the right foot you could show less of the sole near the toe and more of the side of the boot. Jim always suggested having figures flat footed on the ground and I sure felt he knew what he was talking about when I did all those backs for Hoard 92.
