Okay, this is not some silly forum game. I watched 2 seasons of Walking Dead, Zombieland, the entire run of Bite Me, and a dozen B Zombie movies on Netflix, so it was inevitable that my weekly gaming session would fall prey to the Zombie Apocalypse. It's a home brew with a core of OpenD6 with some character creation inspired by Dark Conspiracy and All Things Zombie. OpenD6, the descendant of WEG's Star Wars RPG, runs smooth in any setting. Creating a character is fun, and all the players are playing characters based on themselves. We're having a blast. The only problem is I can't think of a name, other than Zombie D6, that isn't already taken by some other Zombie game or movie. Any ideas for a name of a zombie game ?

... WE ARE WHAT THEY EAT ... That one! To me it's awesome, rings of b-movie and doesn't have "zombie" in it!

( it isn't mine but I don't know original source ):
"Zombies don't kill. Zombies recruit." ( I hope that this is right traduction )

Thank you for the input.
Zombie Jamboree, Zombiefest, and Zombiepalooza all sound like there should be dancing Zombies... BTW Dance of the Dead is already taken.
Dead Flesh Walking, sound like the title of the yet unwritten prison themed supplement. NOTE TO SELF: Write Prison themed supplement so we can use that title.
BRAIIINS! I've always been more of a Zombie eats more than jus thte brains kinda guy, so it missed the mark for me.
Stay Dead! I like this one.
Zombies don't kill. Zombies recruit, Sounds like an excellent name for a chapter in the book.
So far Stay Dead and We Are What They Eat are my favorites.

If this is the zombie apocalypse and there's no going back, and the heroes are just trying to survive in a hellish new world, then I'd go all dark and biblical with Satan's Playground or Fall of Babylon.
If it's more like a local problem such as a virus or other contagion, and the heroes are mostly concerned with avoiding infection and finding a way out of town, I'd use something like Quarantine Zone or Sector 6, or something more mysterious such as The Origin.
If this is more of a zombie-smashing romp, I'd probably riff on the standard zom movie titles, or just borrow one. Longest Night on Earth, Save the Last Bullet for Yourself, or Rotten.

Wow, this really brought some twisted humor. There's at least a dozen laugh out loud titles.
Dave used "Hellish new world" as a way to get to his title, but I think it's kinda cool by itself.

Riffing on that: What Fresh Hell is This?, or simply Fresh Hell, which of course brings us to the puntacular Rotten Hell.

First off let me say, thank you all. There are a lot of great ideas here.
ZOMPOCALYPSE WE ARE WHAT THEY EAT ZOMBEGGEDON Zombie Jamboree. Zombiefest Zombiepalooza And Stay Dead! Dead Flesh Walking BRAIIINS! Zombies don't kill. Zombies recruit Graves & Braves Back from the graves Not dead enough Rotten & Rattling Second-hand coffins Reaving Dead Live and Make Die. Cool, that you are using D6 for this, @adam. Corpsoral Identity [aka Manhattan Manhunt] Cadaverous Cluster [aka Zombie Zoom] Necrolympics [aka geniused Retreat] A game report would be quite interesting to me ... .

Well, there is also the ORIGINAL name that you yourself listed... "MY ZOMBIE GAME." (Don't believe me, look at the title of this thread). It gives it ownership. It says what it is. Brilliant!

Cool, that you are using D6 for this, @adam. I've played a ton of RPGs and Miniatures games and nothing I have played has topped WEG's Star Wars for elegance and versatility. You have a target number you need to roll to achieve your goal. The better you are at doing something the more dice you get to roll. A game report would be quite interesting to me ... . I've never been good at writing theatrical battle reports. I've spent soo much time playtesting various games that my reports focus on the math, but I'll see what I can do. I'll start another thread for that.

Not the best suggestion, but I can't help thinking of the childrens' song "Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes, Knees and Toes".
On a more serious note (?), I like kiladecus' idea, "My ZOMBIE GAME!" or maybe "MY Zombie Game!"
Have fun! Steve

Some great ones there guys. Heavy on the Western Flavor. I ahd a good chuckle to myself with the Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes.. I've done a couple battle reports that were more of a narrative. If you need a playtester/reporter, let me know. I loved your narrative battle reports. You're at the top of my list when I have enough of this in PDF for external playtesting. Right now, I'm creating a lot of the rules on the fly, as we need them, and writing them down in a Journal.

Zombies and Zepplins. It might not be right for this game, but I think it would be a fun game Set in a punky Weird War I?
