Can't say for sure but the sample files use letter-size page.

I bought the Warehouse kit from them; I haven't printed it out yet but it appears to be intended for printing on 8.5x11 paper. At least in the print preview window it looks to fit comfortably inside the margins. Keep in mind that these are not designed to be independent paper models like Graffam's buildings-they are intended to be printed on label paper and attached to foamcore for super strong setups.

Hello, I am the designer and want to apologize for not having a note on this issue on my product pages.
I formatted the documents for 8.5 by 11 inches. However, I limit the dimensions of all my images to 8 inches (203.2) by 10 inches (254 mm). On the 8.5 x 11, this gives a comfortable 1/4 margin on each side. With A4, the only limit would be if your printer has a minimal margin size of more than 3 1.2 mm, than you might have an issue.
In the earlier products, I had originally set by limits to 7.5 by 10 inches, and you should have no issues. But if you see a building that is three floors wide, and has a 10 inch foot print, chances are it is at the 8 by 10 limit. Nothing has, nor will exceed this on a single page.
Hindsight being as perfect as it is, I wish I had set my initial limits to 200 mm wide and saved myself the compatibility issue. 203mm limit and let you know.
I hope all that helps.
If you had concerns on the size of any particular product I probably run through it and identify if pages are at the
