Hey, not to sound rude, but why don't you guys comment that much on my figures? Many people on other forums I joined said my art was "disturbing," "anatomically incorrect," and other such things, and said that I was a "whiny brat." Do you feel the same wat towards me and my art here? I could change, a little.

I think the issue is that most of the people here like sci-fi alien fighting or fantasy skirmish or role-playing. Pro wrestling is a different thing.
Also, your plan of actual physical fighting with the figures in one way or another is not how most people here game so those sorts of ideas won't get transferred to other genres.
Finally, I know that some of your posts are hard to read because you don't use spacing very effectively to make your posts easy to read. I think most people kind of quickly scan posts rather than picking through them carefully to decode the meaning.
Your figures definitely do stretch anatomy and I do find them vaguely "disturbing" but I can't tell you why, and I think that is your style, so you shouldn't change it to please me.

I'm with cowboy about this. It's a matter of personal taste and when I don't have something constructive to say, I keep quiet. IMO this forum serves many purposes including acting as a channel for commercial papercraft creators to communicate with part of their audience and as a creative outlet about the papercraft hobby. In the second sense, it is good to have as many different views and ideas as possible.

Dude. I don't make (design) figures at all, but terrain for them. :-) It is true that some folks here talk more and others get more responses - just like life.
Honestly, if you ask for my aesthetic opinion - more than half the figure designers here have an art style I don't resonate with. And half of the others work in a theme I'm not currently building for.
That's what's cool about this forum - it is so very, very diverse. Lots of different stuff, and lots of different tastes.
The only advice I can give you is to "keep on, keeping on" - chase your vision because YOU like it, don't expect others to do so. People that are interested in your style/theme/etc. will show up here eventually (via Google and Image Search...)

The only advice I can give you is to "keep on, keeping on" - chase your vision because YOU like it, Ill second this. There is no real wrong way to realize your vision of what you want figures to look like because its your vision. If you like them, then great. There is room for all styles and designs here and that's what makes this site so cool. My figure design skills are around the level of The Order of the Stick. People here will give constructive criticism and you can use what you like and ignore what you don't. Bottom line is that nobody's gonna dog you out because of your style. Most of the time people post wips just to say, "This is what I'm working on currently", and are not necessarily looking for help or anything, they just wanted to share with the community. The more people we have creating, the stronger the community at large becomes, because wouldn't it be boring if everybody drew the same way? Have fun with what you are doing and keep trying.
