Here is my first attempt at an airship. It's not really a Paper Model though. I think it would be too difficult to assemble. Ryan

As an airship, I agree it would be "difficult," but hardly impossible.

If you inverted the body, and added fold-over wings, then that would make an awesome Steam-punk flyer.
