I helped Kev with his cutfiles for his Heroes Hall - another set of amazing dungeon props (you'll see some of these in the Finale of my latest campaign in a week or two...)
As usual, this publisher has great detail in his models, and unusually strong structural integrity. The expert statue and doorway are not for the novice, but worth the extra effort!
Here's some of my build pics:

I hand cut a cool mod that lets me make the doors removable (and interchangable.) This is the same doorframe from the other photo:

These cutfiles are for the Kev's Lounge Dungeon: Hero's Hall set by Kev's Lounge, available from www.papercraftdungeon.com. The artwork is sold separately, and if you do not have a copy of it, you can obtain it here: www.papercraftdungeon.com/heros-hall.html/
These cutfiles were created with Silhouette Studio version 2.7.3 by Kevin Richard John Berry and OldSchoolDM @ the Cardboard Warriors forums: cardboard-warriors.proboards.com/ and use the registration marks already on the PDFs - just print at 100% scale and cut!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Hero's Hall set was initially designed with hand-cutting in mind, so there are a few things to be aware of when using these cutfiles.
• The dungeon tile pages have not been included in this set of cutfiles, as the layout would require a few workarounds to make the registration marks work, and these would be trickier to replicate precisely than it would be to do your own work arounds and quickly retrace the shapes which are mostly rectangular. All other pages have registration marks built-in.
• The expert statue, due to its complexity, and out of kindness to those cutting by hand, has a significant margin-of-error built into the cut outline. The precision of an automated cutter makes this margin-of-error a little inconvenient and you may see a few small gaps at the joins, while assembling the model, but these are not overly noticeable in the finished piece, and the slightly loose fit is actually quite helpful in assembling the fiddly pieces.
• On several pieces of the expert statue and the doors there are very small tabs, and perforation may result in these being cut off. It's recommended that you turn off the lines in question and instead score these by hand.

Have fun, and if you got these files from the Forums, please post a photo of your build! The thread I created is a great place to leave feedback and comments.
