By any chance do these have layer options for uniform colors and unit designation? Sorry, not in this set. The basic troops set (coming thursday) has layer options for uniform colors and variant skin tones, but currently that is the only set that has those options.

This is a general question, it is not addressed in particular to the new Onemonk Miniatures' owner but I am writing here using this new re-released as an example. This is not a criticism, just personal curiosity.
As I have already said, in the purchases for my hobby's products, I have some limitations. I don't like PWYW option, I prefer to buy on RPGNow ... because RPGNow offers an archive without time limit and number of downloads, allows you to download updated products ( like this ) ... but I understand that sometimes several producers prefer to sell their products directly to reduce the cost of publishing on RPGNow and for the paypal rate. So sometimes I purchase directly from the producer.
And I have done so for this product ( Terra Force Special Weapons' set ). Now it has been updated. But I'm not able to download the update. I had already happened so with certain Dave Graffam Models' products but thanks to the Dave's kindness I had solved ( they were published by One Monk Miniatures, as well as some Slick Miniatures'sets, and they were no longer available for download )
Now Mayhem in Paper is this brand's third owner, before him have been there other owners and, above all, many changes. Sales on RPGnow, direct sales, free distribution ... products' disappearance ... It's all right. And my problem is easily solved with a new purchase ( as I have done for the Terraforce infantry in many colors )
But my curiosity remains and it is this: some producers has rightly complained about the cost of publishing products on RPGNow ( but this is easily remedied by increasing the final price of a few tenths. If the product is good this is not a problem, imho ) but also about customers ( which can also be friends or not be ) would be useful to have similar thoughts. RPGNow offers an archive service that not all producers, especially if they aare small and independent, can give.

I need to make a public announcement about part of this; If you purchased any of the One-Monk sets previously through any vendor I will issue you a DL code for One Book Shelf so you don't have to buy it again. I'm currently digging through the onemonk.com sales database and working on organizing who bought what. Anyone who presents any kind of receipt email, or even a screen-capture from their online library at OB, will get a DL code issued when I re-launch the product. I'm not doing anything new in these re-releases, just checking to make sure the files are intact and that the pdf and the cutting files match. New stuff will come later. OBS does take a hefty chunk off of the top for sales (30%), but I don't really have time to run my own store. I like the OBS archive feature too. No offense taken from your post.

Thak you very much for this, Eric ( " ... No offense taken from your post ... " ). This was not my intention, and also was not my intention to criticize. But often write in a foreign language is not easy and it can cause misunderstandings on the words, the tone, the reasons therefor. And this doubt remains almost always. My intention was to represent the fact that RPGNow also has positive characteristics for the customers. And ultimately the major publication cost can be divided between producers and customers by slightly increasing the product's final price. And if sometimes I have some problems a few of them are caused by me ( I lose my files, I lose my passwords ... I had lost my old password to the Ebbles' old site, for example ). But still few problems stem from a non-continuous and non-chronological management by producers ( example, a fn indie french tiles and paper figures producer continued to change names and prices of his products on RPGNow so paroxysmal, every two or three hours at most, thus blocking not only the customers' archive but also the first download after purchase ) ... Thanks for the offer but I don't need a DL code for these products. I don't use DL codes that come from my forum's friends. Now I present to you another question. It is not a problem though. You are re-releasing these sets, now published by " Mayhem in Paper". Under " One Monk Miniatures". For a real fair price ( because the excellent Jim Hartman's hand holds up very well the time ). But only we, in this forum, know about this re-release. On RPGnow there are new potential customers now. And they know nothing about this release. There is no trace of it in these pages: Home Page - Newest Releases ( on the right )[ All new products... ] Page ( The link is at the bottom right on the home page ) In "Product Type" --> "Maps/Buildings/Miniatures" --> "Paper Miniatures" --> " Newest Products in This Section" ( starting from the home page or any other page, the selection's button is on the left-side ) After you've re-released a few more sets ( I hope precursors/gray aliens and hybrids ), or even now for the already re-released sets, you can put the news on TGN, like many forum's indie producers already do.

Used TF to do 7 play testing sessions within the last week. Sorry I can't post pics yet, the concept art for the alien opponents hasn't been publicly released yet.
