Terra Force Urban Ops strike back!

The Zeroid Collective of berserk death-dealing machines has taken the Earth, Humanity has fallen. Or has it? This week the fight to retake the birthplace of Humanity and overthrow the Machine overlords begins! Fight them in the cities, fight them in the factories, fight them in orbit, and then fight them in the shattered remains of their invasion fleet as they flee human space.

First up is the urban Ops troops;

Another great "old" set!!!

... and finally a set that I can't pay.

If I remember correctly Jim drew this set for a German guy but kept the publishing rights for it.

There is also the recolored TerraForce veterans set, in this case called Terraforce Urban Ops veterans.

Imho they are still very good figures and therefore some little mods for helmets and a new color make this set even more useful.

Additional colors for the Urban specialist troops are almost ready, also found a few bonus sharpshooters for this set. Just need a couple days to check the cuts with their updated cutting file.

Yup, that was a tough set to make, had reference images of all his friends to try to match.

I've been back, mostly lurking and thumbing crap. Thoughts of dabbling into the design stuff again, but am VERY rusty, and trashed almost all the old files and reference I had in a fit of cleaning house and mind.

How'd the halibut fishing go?

Great!
It was my daughter's first time out on an ocean charter and she had a blast. She caught the most (5/8) and the biggest (28lbs) halibut of the day. Relatively calm, light breeze, overcast-that's my favorite kind of weather for being on the water and chasing fish. It felt good to be back on the deck of a ship again and since I wasn't driving we didn't run over any whales.

I wish I'd had a camera ready when we were out (but frankly I kept it secured thinking I'd accidently drop it overboard). We had an Orca take a huge interest in the gore in the back of our boat. It got far enough out of the water to have its fins over the back rail, checking things out. Maybe one day I'll make it back up there.

She looks like she had a great time. I bet Dad did, too
