Never thought of an armpit as a good place to keep things...but okay.  LOL, it stems from my husband & my many trips to the video store to rent movies. You'd pick a few that looked really interesting, discuss them, and then rent a couple. It worked well for years, until the advent of babies, iTunes rentals, and Netflix, and the eventual decline and fall of the video store entirely... EDIT: It still works at good old used bookstores, but I don't have much time to read my scifi and fantasy books these days. Plus it's usually harder for me to lose my place in a eBook than in a real one, or misplace my laptop over a novel. Ah, the joys of a digital age!
